00:52What you've got playing out this morning is a bit of a messaging war, the blame game starting to be played.

01:06He has essentially said, look, what they're calling this clean bill, this is as good as it is going to get.
01:14They are blaming this squarely on the Democrats, calling it the Schumer shutdown.
01:19Democrats, for their part in their press conference, really pushed back on that.
01:24They said, look, no, Republicans, they control the House.
01:28They control the Senate.
01:29They control the White House.
01:30This is on them to engage with us.
