00:00It probably will not be long before they are deployed.

00:03It is a specialty mission.

00:05What they will be doing is going after specific targets, long-range targets, over in Kosovo.

00:11Now, we have some animation, if we can show you that, exactly how that mission would work.

00:14That's an MLRS, Multiple Launch Rocket System.

00:17It fires a missile that goes out and would quell or put down the ground defenses.

00:22These are multiple rockets that it hits down on the ground.

00:24The Apache would then fly out in its mission, suppressing ground fire along the way,

00:30and then it would take out its target.

00:32A Hellfire missile fired at a tank, exactly the role that this was designed for.

00:37And as it comes back...

00:38Well, this is certainly the most devastating piece of ground equipment.

00:41There are tanks, there are British, German, and French tanks in Macedonia,

00:44but in Albania, this is a very smart piece of equipment.

00:46It has a range, depending on the type of warhead and weapons, of about 200 kilometers.

00:51Of course, they won't always be stuck in the ditch just outside the airport.

00:54That gives you an indication of the problems there are, however,

00:57in getting heavy equipment across the mountains into Kosovo.

01:01If this is just outside Tirana, just think what the problems that NATO would have

01:05if they wanted to move up and resupply close to the borders.

01:09These work in harness with the Apaches, too?

01:11Yes, they do, absolutely.

01:12Basically, we can clear areas either side to...

01:15Each of the suburb rockets can destroy everything in an area of one kilometer square.

01:20So if they know there are no civilians there, they can create, if you like, dead areas

01:26alongside where the Apaches will fly in.

01:28And then the Apaches can destroy tanks there, which they can see individually.

01:32The Apache is not very fast. It doesn't need to be.

01:34It goes in low, slow, and hits targets.

01:37We have aircraft at Belgrade Airfield in order to prevent NATO targeting.

01:41Actually, it's not close, but it's underneath the tail of the civilian aircraft.

01:49You can see it from the shadow.

01:50With the benefit of better weather, until yesterday, we have been building an improved picture

02:06of the fate of displaced people in Kosovo.

02:10This map is not that easy to see, but you can see the flames in white.

02:29Finally, this composite picture shows the possible mass grave sites at Itzvika and Pustoselo.

02:37As we stated yesterday, the similarities between the two sites can be seen.

02:51And the difference between what we have seen in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

02:55was operating at, they appeared to be military-style vehicles,

03:11and it appeared to be a military-style vehicle,

03:14and matched the size and shape of the other vehicles in this small group.

03:18I want to reiterate, however,

03:21it was the association of the vehicle with the house burnings

03:24that made it a legitimate target.

03:27Prior to reviewing the video presentation of his attack,

04:41released on the day of this attack.

06:02of Serbs hiding gasoline

06:05inside of homes,

06:06which they use to refuel their vehicles

06:08or to burn Kosovar-Albanian houses.

06:13Additionally,

06:14we have seen the Serbs

06:16place military vehicles,

06:17including tanks,

06:19up against and even inside

06:21residential structures

06:23to deter NATO air attack.

06:26In this case, of course,

06:27there is no way of knowing

06:28with certainty

06:29what was inside the tape.
