00:00Plans to build flats above a row of shops in Eastville have sparked complaints from neighbours about rubbish and drugs.
00:07Four new flats would be built in an extra storey on top of the shops on Fishponds Road, with the access through a narrow alley leading onto Heath Street.
00:17Complaints centre on the alley to the side of the property, which complainers state will cause issues with bins, as well as potentially providing a convenient space for drug dealers and others to operate.
