Ever glamorous and unapologetically bold, The Blonds lit up New York Fashion Week once again with their Spring/Summer 2026 collection. Partners David and Phillipe Blond unveiled a dazzling runway show themed 'Fashion Safari,' packed with high-octane glamour, wild prints, and their signature sparkle. Celebrities including Lil' Kim, Crystal Waters, Jade Cargill, and Jillian Hervey turned out to witness the spectacle. Animal prints reigned supreme -- from fierce leopard to striking zebra, all alongside bird-inspired ensembles the duo dubbed their 'Blonds of Paradise.' The cinematic thread woven through last season carried over, this time channeling two iconic femmes fatales: Sharon Stone's Catherine Tramell from Basic Instinct , and Gloria Swanson's Norma Desmond from Sunset Boulevard . Signature sequins and crystal embellishments dominated the collection, but The Blonds also introduced a bold new silhouette: claw-shaped corsets. "Too beautiful," Lil' Kim told us after the show -- her favorite from The Blonds thus far.

00:00Hi, I'm David Blonde, and you're watching Life Minute TV.
00:07It was amazing.
00:09Too beautiful.
00:10One of my favorite blonde shows, I have to say.
00:15Oh, it's amazing, astonishing, all the colors.
00:17This one particular piece that had a bloody red that I would love to wear.
00:24I'm like a Blonde loyal fan.
00:26I'm here every year.
00:27I love the silhouette.
00:29I'm here for it every time.
00:30I love the ripped fishnets with the high waist, the colors, and the hair was really fun.
00:36I just love the glam.
00:37I love the vibe.
00:38I love the music.
00:39I'm here.
00:40I'm a supporter.
00:42This season is a little bit of everything.
00:44It's sort of like a sequel to last season.
00:47We did a very cinematic thing that was sort of based on this actress.
00:50In this season, now she's blossomed into this sort of megastar,
00:53but it's very much like the characters from Basic Instinct,
00:56Catherine Chamele, played by Sharon Stone famously, and a Norma Desmond.
01:00So it's very theatrical.
01:01As you can imagine, we picked this place because it looks like an old Hollywood mansion.
01:06She's just going kind of a safari, and so it'll be basically everything you can possibly think of.
01:10All the girls are playing a different character sort of creature.
01:13You've got zebras, tigers, birds.
01:16The birds are my favorite.
01:17We're calling them Blondes of Paradise.
01:19The silhouettes are interesting as well because we changed the silhouette of the corset,
01:23which we don't typically do.
01:24Really incredible claw-shaped corsets for some of the girls.
01:28We did a lot of chiffon billowing pieces.
01:31Again, that's what sort of mimics the idea of a bird with wings.
01:34They'll be sort of fluttering around.
01:35In this season, we wanted to experiment with something soft and very light.
01:38We use a little bit of everything.
01:40It'll be mostly crystal, which is what we anchor the show with.
01:43Hair and makeup, we worked with MAC and Orbe, and again, it sort of reflects the idea of this creature feature.
01:48So the girls have these really extended eyes and a very, very strong lip.
01:53We wanted to do a double story because typically we only focus on one feature,
01:57but it's both the eyes and the lips, and they all kind of come together to give this bird creature-like feature.
02:02And with the hair, it's very praying mantis.
02:05Either it's like a bird or there's some that have like a snake swoop is what we're calling it.
02:09Jan Arnold and Glitter Bells came on for nails.
02:11And we've taken some of the embroidery, the actual beads, crystals, fur,
02:16and put them on the nails so they're a little extension as well.
02:19So they're like accessories on their own.
02:21When you're comfortable in what you're wearing, I think that's when you look your best.
02:24And there isn't any reason why you can't be glamorous and comfortable.
