00:00I'm going to walk you through series by series,

00:02and I'm eventually going to land on a World Series winner.

00:05I'm not going to give you a number of games.

00:07I'm just going to give you who wins and a quick thought as to why.

00:10American League wildcard.

00:11I'll start with the Guardians and the Tigers.

00:14I go Cleveland.

00:15They can guard ball their way through.

00:16Tarek Skubal can only throw once this week.

00:20Red Sox-Yankees.

00:21I laid it out.

00:22I think Boston in two.

00:23I think Crochet gets the win over Freed in game one,

00:25and then Baio gets the win in game two.

00:27That would set up a Guardians-Mariners matchup.

00:31Mariners are rested.

00:32Julio Rodriguez is swinging it right now.

00:34Give me Seattle to get through there.

00:36You've got Blue Jays-Red Sox.

00:38I am going to go Red Sox here.

00:40I like their offense getting hot,

00:42and the Blue Jays sitting there for a little bit just gives me the heebie-jeebies.

00:46So that means I've got Red Sox-Mariners.

00:50Give me the Seattle Mariners getting to the World Series.

00:53On the National League side, Reds-Dodgers.

00:55Give me the Dodgers.

00:56There's too much firepower.

00:58That would set up Dodgers-Phillies.

01:00I like Philly here.

01:02I do.

01:03I think Schwarber continues this out-of-body experience that he's having this year.

01:07I think Harper steps up, too.

01:09So Philly over the Dodgers.

01:10On the other side of the National League, it's Padres-Cubs.

01:13I'll take San Diego.

01:14Bullpen advantage.

01:16Brewers-Padres.

01:17I'm going to go Padres.

01:19I am.

01:20And then that sets up Philly's Padres.

01:23Give me Philly.

01:24And I've got Philly over Seattle in the Fall Classic.

01:29Arm, go ahead.

01:30Okay.

01:31I hope I can do it as organized.

01:33I remember last time we did this, I kept getting lost.

01:36I'm like, so wait, then who do I have in the next series?

01:39And who do I have in there?

01:40Real quick before you begin, did you notice that Jack said he wasn't going to pick the number of games?

01:45The only series he did was Red Sox in two?

01:48Did you notice that?

01:50We don't have time.

01:50Keep going, Arum.

01:52All right.

01:53I'm going to go Yankees, ultimately take the Red Sox in that first series.

01:59Going over to Detroit versus Cleveland, I'm going to go with Cleveland, just guard balling their way through there.

02:06Over on the other side, Dodgers versus Reds.

02:10I just really feel like it's going to be closer than people think, but I'm going to go Dodgers there.

02:15And MLB gets what they want, the Dodgers-Phillies matchup.

02:18And then you got Padres-Cubs.

02:19I think the Cubs show some signs of life, but ultimately I think they're just too beat up in a weird spot there.

02:25Padres win that one.

02:27Then going back around to the next round, I think I'm a Blue Jays believer this year.

02:33I really am.

02:34But at the same time, the Yankees are tough to beat right now, I think, with the way that they're structured.

02:39But I'm going to go Blue Jays Magic, and they overtake the Yankees there.

02:43That sends them to the ALCS.

02:45I believe the Mariners have something special going right now, and I love the depth that they have lineup-wise.

02:49I love where the rotation is.

02:51So I have the Mariners going to the ALCS.

02:53And then on the National League side, I do think the Phillies overtake the Dodgers this year.

02:59And Padres-Brewers is really interesting.

03:03I think the magic of the Padres bullpen does it, and they're all in.

03:06I think they know they're all in.

03:08I think they know that they need to do this for Poreller.

03:10So that sets up the CSs there.

03:13And then to go to the World Series, I think this is just a magical year for the Mariners.

03:20I think it finally kind of comes together, headlined by having finally an MVP candidate.

03:25And that sends them to the World Series in a really fun one against the Blue Jays.

03:29And then on the other side, I do think the Phillies make that run and get there, even without Wheeler.

03:34I think it's almost too obvious.

03:36You think, oh, they can't do it without Wheeler.

03:38I think Schwarber is going to have some crazy postseason swings.

03:40I agree.

03:41I think Turner is going to come back and make more of an impact.

03:44Okay, so you got Phillies-Mariners.

03:46Who wins the World Series?

03:47I was hoping you just wouldn't notice, and I was just not going to give a prediction there.

03:52I think the Phillies finally do it this year.

03:54Well, I get it.

03:54That's it.

03:55Yeah.

03:55I said it earlier.

03:56I said if they don't do it this year, I don't know when they ever are.

03:59And I think I keep telling myself I'm not picking them because of Wheeler,

04:02and I think that's why they're going to do it this year because baseball doesn't make sense.

04:05So I got the Phillies.
