00:57Simply put, if you do not meet the male-level physical standards for combat positions,
01:01cannot pass a PT test, or don't want to shave and look professional,
01:06it's time for a new position.

01:12told reporters as he was leaving that he would fire military leaders on the spot
01:17if he didn't like them.
