00:00What's mentioned by Defense Secretary or Secretary of War, as it's now referred to as Pete Hegson, I think that he's looking to transition a series of regulations within the Army.
00:13One of the things, as you mentioned in the earlier part, was the weight standards and the ability to pass a PT, basically a fitness test.
00:23And I think that this is something that's important, and unfortunately it's been overlooked for years on end, and now is the time for the people in the upper echelon as well as the individuals in the lower echelon to meet the physical standards of the Army.
00:38I think that what's most important is everyone needs to be on board.
00:45He makes mention to something we refer to as warriors ethos in that the lethality of the Army, or I should say the military as a whole, should be something of optimum and supreme importance.
00:57And this is very resonating as it relates to the conflicts that we see in places like Ukraine and Russia, as well as what's happening in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.
01:11I think that the United States military needs to provide a level of strength in these conflicts, as opposed to just being on the side, because these are two conflicts that need to end, and they need to end now.
