00:00Bristol City's Zach Viner believes that his side dominated against Preston North End despite coming away with a goalless draw.
00:10Very good, very good. I felt like we dominated the game, big parts.
00:15Made a lot of chances, felt very good at the back. Clean sheet, obviously.
00:21But yeah, you know, it's the final touch.
00:23Typical championship game, sort of thrilling nil-nil game.
00:29And it was, yeah, I don't know. There's a lot of positives there to take.
00:32It doesn't feel like there's not a good vibe in there because we've sort of drawn the game that we felt like we should have won.
00:39But a lot of positives to take going into Tuesday.
00:42And you referenced it there, a clean sheet. It was a deserved clean sheet.
00:45We looked unfazed for most of that game and we remain unbeaten away from home.
00:49How important will that be?
00:50Oh, massive. Massive, yeah. I think it's not just the back three and rads.
00:54It's everybody. You know, you see the midfielders tracking, running back, the wing backs doing dogged work up and down all the time.
01:01Don't know how they do it.
01:03And yeah, it was a whole unit today that stood up to a very tough, informed Preston team.
01:09And it's not an easy place to come and play here. And the fans were amazing.
01:12And Bristol Rovers goalkeeper Luke Southwood was overjoyed after his late penalty save meant that the gas held on to all three points against Salford City in League Two.
01:25Yeah, it's about as good as it gets, that is, yeah. Obviously, I was devastated when the ref gave it.
01:32But then immediately I was thinking, come on, this is your chance now. You can get the boys a well-deserved three points.
01:38And yeah, to go and do it, yeah, it's about as good as it gets for a goalie and the feeling's incredible.
01:43How much work in the week goes into those moments? Because penalties aren't a common thing, but when they happen, they're the biggest moments.
01:49Yeah, yeah, yeah. Not much, to be honest. Not much. You do a bit of analysis and a lot of it goes on feeling, to be honest, in the moment and what you think.
01:56And yeah, you sort of just go with your instincts in that moment. So yeah, it is obviously luck, but obviously good technique to save it and then get the rebound as well.
02:05I was going to say, you mentioned it there, the first point you save is really good, but then there's a rebound straight away, isn't there?
02:10Yeah, yeah, yeah. Because I don't think it was quite in the corner, so I sort of dived past it.
