02:15Kasi ho, may standard design sila, halos pare-pareha lang yun.

02:18Tanong pa ni De Lima, bakit mas mahal ang classroom na gawa ng DPWH na abot mahigit 3 milyon

02:25kumpara sa isang NGO na wala pang isang milyon?

02:28So definitely, resilient type na building, mas mataas ang cost rather than the ordinary design po.

02:38Pero bakit po lumalabas dun sa investigasyon sa Senate Blue Ribbon hearing

02:45sa Bulacan ng mga substandard or under-design.

02:51Yung constructed sa 1st District of Bulacan from 2019 to 2025.

03:00So akala ko ba higher ang design?

03:04Yung mga kaso sa Bulacan is unisolated cases yun.

03:08Definitely they do not follow the standard design ng DPWH.

03:27kalahate ng naaproba ang budget para ngayong taon.

03:30Bumaba ito dahil pinaalis ng Pangulo ang lahat ng flood control projects

03:34maliban sa P15.77B na halaga ng proyekto na may counterpart funding at pagbabantay mula sa ibang bansa.
