00:00on your own technique. There are many patterns that you can follow. There are many stories,
00:06like mine, that you can learn from. But at the end of the day, it's not just to follow it because
00:11you are different. But it's to learn something that's useful for you. And that's one of the,
00:18I hope, one of the results of these lessons, of these conversations, of these
00:24stories, that you'll find something that might help you to realize your own potential.
00:39Definitely, I did lose more games than I wanted. So each loss was a devastating loss because
00:45I knew that it was a result of my mistake. Sometimes blunder, actually,
00:54more often blunders because I wouldn't recall many games where I was outplayed. There were few, but
01:00mostly I lost games because I made terrible mistakes. And I had to recover from this mistake
01:10because it was almost like a physical pain. I felt so badly that I made a mistake and somebody else
01:19who was not as good as myself, you know, could celebrate winning the game, which had to be mine.
01:26So I was very angry with myself. Now with my opponents, it's myself. It's my own fault. I always
01:33look at my losses, my defeats as my personal fault. And all I had to do, just work more, just go back
01:41to the table, to the chess set and get better. Very often, actually, it's probably more often
01:50than not winning next day. I won next day because I got really angry with myself.
