00:00recovery confidence it's about looking in the mirror and saying look next day
00:07you should do better you lose the game well humans you cannot take it aside so
00:15you still think about it that's you cannot make this game torture you
00:19forever so you just eventually have to think about other games but it's there
00:24so it's that normal human feelings about your own failure and I am I just knew
00:34that I have to live with that and the best way to put it aside is just to
00:38prepare for the next game ideally to win the next game and then you can just move
00:42on routine changes because the chess career is long one so obviously when I
00:56played Carpuff it was one routine I was much younger but also we started playing
01:01matches with Carpuff at 5 p.m. Moscow time so 84 85 match 86 so though and that
01:10requires quite a different distribution of your time I said I had some of the
01:17routines up to meet 80 mid mid 90s about my food and about my preparation for the
01:23match but something that always you know was an important part whether it was an
01:2880s or 90s it's your ability my ability to sleep to have enough time with your
01:37brains recovering and my ability to sleep no matter how tough was the situation in
01:46the tournament no matter how much pressure was on my shoulders that was a key
01:53element of my success I believe that the best move the best
