00:00I had to put this fence up because she chased my dog and I with a pitchfork.
00:04I'm explaining to a friend of mine why we have this ugly orange fence up.
00:08And right on cue, there you go.
00:10Hey, crazy Karen.
00:11When the city comes out and does a land survey and lets her know that that whole green area is ours,
00:16she planted on our property.
00:18She will have 24 hours to remove those plants.
00:21And Karen's reason for escalating is not what you'd expect.
00:25She kept saying our dog is going in her yard and pooing.
00:27And so we made sure at that point that every time we let our dog out, we would watch her.
00:31She continued to say that our dog is pooping in her yard.
00:33And we couldn't understand what she was talking about because if you see right here, she has a fenced-in backyard.
00:38Karen went to extreme lengths with them over the issue.
00:41She even involved the authorities.
00:43The dogs show up at my house saying that our dog is pooping in her yard.
00:46At that point, we put up security cameras.
00:49There it is right there in the bottom.
00:50You can see just a little bit.
00:51Turn, not go anywhere else.
00:53This is where the camera is pointed.
00:54Their feud reached a fever pitch when Karen decided to do the unthinkable to her family.
00:59On Father's Day, I'm in my driveway with my dog.
01:01Pepper starts walking to the back of the property right over here.
01:04The neighbor tells me, you better get your dog before I...
01:06And I told her, no one's going to hit no one.
01:07And I started walking over there to get my dog.
01:09She comes up behind me with a pitchfork and starts at my dog trying to get the dog off of her property.
01:14It's not her property.
01:15We were on my property in my yard and she's a mess with a pitchfork.
01:18This was the moment she realized she couldn't live like this and have to deal with her nightmare neighbor anymore.
01:23I get my dog in the house and the neighbor's yelling at me, calling me a drama mama and all this just crazy stuff.
01:28The cops didn't do anything because it's such a neutral area between the houses.
01:33So I pulled up the property line because we're sick of her doing the things that she is.
01:36I mean, we can't even go outside without her recording.
01:39And she literally walks around with a camera in her hand.
01:40To no one's surprise, Karen had some major issues with their plan.
01:44But the property line is this line here.
01:46And she's freaking out because we are over here on this part of the grass with my family and my dog.
01:52We have ignored it and ignored it and ignored it to the point where now she's threatening us.
01:55She decided to pursue a legal solution to help her case against her neighbor from hell.
01:59I filed for a harassment order and I gave the judge all of the information I had.
02:03And they decided that it was enough to grant me and my family a harassment order right here from my neighbor.
02:12She was served yesterday at 2.30 in the afternoon.
02:15She turned around and filed to have a hearing about the harassment order.
02:20I'm fine with that because I've already spoke to everyone that's witnessed what's going on.
02:24To her surprise, the assistance she prayed for came to help.
02:28They're able to mark all of the property lines except for the most important one.
02:31The property line in between my house and Karen's house.
02:35Now we have to wait a few more days for them to go back to the office,
02:38look at maps and a bunch of other tools to figure out where our property line is.
02:41After they completed their task, she received the best case scenario.
02:45The property line is there.
02:47He looked to me and says, well, it looks like you have some new plants.
02:53We're going to be putting up an invisible fence for our dog.
02:56So we are going to give her a 24-hour notice.
