Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) – 1 Tsp 3. Salt (नमक) – 1 Tsp 4. Green Chillies (हरी मिर्च) – 5 to 6 Nos (Thinly Chopped) 5. Ginger Garlic Paste (अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट) – 2 Tsp 6. Garam Masala Powder (गरम मसाला पाउडर) – 1 Tsp 7. Coriander Leaves (हरा धनिया) – ¼ Cup 8. Onions (प्याज़) – 2 Nos (Thinly Chopped) 9. Roasted Black Grams Powder (भुना चना पाउडर) – 2 to 3 Tsp 10. B. Ingredients To Make “Curry” for Fish Kofta Curry Recipe 1. Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) – 2 Tsp 2. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) – 1 Tsp (Optional) 3. Salt (नमक) – 1 Tsp 4. Garam Masala Powder (गरम मसाला पाउडर) – 1 Tsp 5. Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) – 2 Tsp 6. Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) – ½ Tsp 7. Coriander Leaves (हरा धनिया) – ¼ Cup 8. Ginger Garlic Paste (अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट) – 2 Tsp 9. Cashew nuts Paste (काजू पेस्ट) – Grind 20 Cashew nuts to make a fine paste (OPTIONAL) 10.
