Sudan is currently in the midst of a senseless war that has led to the death of tens of thousands of civilians and created the largest hunger and displacement crisis in the world. The people of Sudan have suffered from various conflicts as well as severe poverty, dictatorships, tribal and ethnic divisions and a host of other political, economic and social problems for decades under successive leaderships, regimes and systems.
This video addresses how only the Khilafah state, ruled by a purely Islamic system and leadership offers clear solutions to these problems. It will highlight how the Khilafah state embodies the principles, laws, institutions and mechanisms to practically build a politically stable, just, united, secure and prosperous future for Sudan and the rest of the Muslim world.
It is part of a global campaign launched by the Women’s Section in the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir entitled, "Sudan's War: A Story of Colonialism, Betrayal & Deception" that aims to bring an international spotlight on the deteriorating humanitarian catastrophe afflicting the Muslims of Sudan as a result of the current conflict plaguing the country which has been labelled the "Forgotten War".

01:11And never will Allah give the disbelievers over the believers a way to overcome them.
01:18There will not even be embassies or ambassadors for them,
01:21and they will be dealt with according to what is stated in Article 189 of the Constitution prepared by Hezbollah Tahrir.
01:30Third, states that do not have treaties with us, and the actual colonial states such as England, America, France,
01:39and the states that covet our lands, such as Russia, are considered belligerent states by rule.
01:46All precautions must be taken regarding them.
01:49It is not permissible to establish any diplomatic relations with them.
01:54Citizens of these countries may enter our lands only with a passport and a specific visa for each person and each visit,
02:03unless they become actual belligerents.
02:07So who other than the Khalifa of the Muslims will trample underfoot the laws and schemes of America and Europe in Sudan?
02:17As Khalifa Harun al-Rashid did when he wrote to the King of Rome,
02:21The response is what you see, not what you hear, and mobilized his army.
02:28The Khilafah is what will unify the people of Sudan and melt them into one mould based on the Islamic Aqidah.
02:36It will eliminate the causes of division and fragmentation among the components of Sudanese society.
02:43It will place nationalism, tribalism, ethnicity, and all the chauvinisms exploited by colonialists to ignite wars and strife beneath its feet.
02:56It will deal with people based on citizenship and guardianship.
03:01Everyone who carries the state's citizenship is a subject of the Islamic State, whether Muslim or non-Muslim.
03:08They have rights from the state and owe duties to it, according to Sharia.
03:13The state is responsible for them.
03:16Their care, protection, property, honor, security, livelihood, welfare, and justice without any distinction between Muslim and non-Muslim.
03:28All are equal before the state like the teeth of a comb.
03:33Under the Khilafah, the system of governance will not be federal, which only serves as a foundation for further fragmentation.
03:41Rather, it will be a unitary system with no room for the colonialist schemes like self-determination, autonomy, or other malignant ideas that lead to the tearing apart of the country.
03:55Under the Khilafah, the people of Sudan and the rest of the Muslims will benefit from Sudan's immense surface and underground wealth,
04:05which has long tempted the colonialists who looted it and left its people impoverished, hungry, and diseased.
04:13Sudan will return to being the world's food basket as it once was, and the people will enjoy blessings just as they did under the Khilafah,
04:24when the caller of the Khalifa proclaimed, scatter wheat on the mountain tops so that it may not be said a bird was hungry in the land of the Muslims.
04:35Under the Khilafah, the army's role will be to fight in the path of Allah and to protect the sanctity of Islam and the frontiers of the Muslims, not to chase after power.
04:47It is also impermissible in Sharia to have more than one army. There must be only one army under the command of the Khalifa of the Muslims.
04:57The Khilafah state is a state of care, not a state of taxation, as are the ruling regimes in Sudan and the rest of the Muslim lands.
05:08Islam has given the authority to the Ummah, which gives Bay'ah, Pledge of Allegiance, to a man fulfilling the conditions of the Khilafah to rule by the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of his Messenger, Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam.
05:24Power and authority in Islam are not spoils, but a responsibility to implement the laws of Allah and to care for the affairs of the Ummah.
05:35It is a trust, as the Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said,
05:40It is a trust, and on the Judgment Day it will be a cause of humiliation and regret, except for one who takes it by its rights and fulfills the duties required of him regarding it.
06:06The Khilafah state will implement all of Islam's laws in politics, governance, economics, society and others until life becomes an Islamic life in which people live under the justice of Islam and the pleasure of the Most Merciful.
06:25In conclusion, we affirm that Sudan will not see a glimmer of hope as long as agents are working for one colonizer or another, who are competing over Muslim lands without caring for the country's revival, solving its problems, feeding its people or securing their needs.
06:48There is no way out for the people except to get rid of these agents, not follow them or tread their misguided path.
06:57Rather, they must follow the path of those who turn to Allah, call to Him, work to implement His rule, and to unify and revive the Muslims.
07:09And who is better in speech than one who calls to Allah, does righteous deeds and says, Indeed, I am of the Muslims.
07:26So we call upon you, all Muslims, to work with Hizb al-Tahreer to establish the Khilafah.
07:34It is the sincere leader that never deceives its people.
