00:18Jason here from performance remodeling announcing our partnership it's official now right it is
00:23official it makes sense to us not only for CSX being a classic rock station and part of the
00:28community for over 30 years you're part of the community and I see it and I hear it time and
00:32time again from people here it matters what you do here it does we're I mean we're coming up on 20
00:36here so yeah we've got tens of thousands of customers in Metro Detroit one out of every three jobs we do
00:42in a year is a return or a referral from a customer which means we're making people happy so let me
00:47introduce you to the family absolutely this is our accounting department and our service department
00:53hi this is a customer processing hi this is our software manager hey part of our project management
01:01team field operations how are you sir hi this is our conference room and training facility hey check it
01:08out how about that huh this is another one of our project managers hi how are you hi you too this is
01:17our ordering department how are you hey how you doing nice to meet you all right he's got bigger guns than
01:21i do move on wherever and then the fun office this is my office i share an office with our owner rich
01:26did i see him go blue hold on come on hey you're home of michigan football baby it all makes sense
01:32yes sir all right so one last part of our family yeah our scheduling department when you call us for an
01:37appointment this is actually who you talk to and they'll get you all set up and squared away
01:40and then you got the warehouse wow this is thin really super thin okay as you'll see there's a
01:51wide variety in here basically we're always looking to see what the right color is what the right style
01:56is to make sure it's the right fit for your home and not just that cookie cutter here we have one style
02:00of window and one color we really have unlimited options when it comes to different things for your
02:04home and it really does matter each individual home everyone is different what is this
02:09so these are actually citing returns that are going back from different jobs we are going to
02:14make you happy and complete your job on time so by doing that we're always ordering a little bit more
02:19to make sure nothing ever runs short because things happen and then we have parts and pieces that come
02:24back every week they get returned or we put it back into stock for other customers and that's just
02:29what this is just extras to make sure from jobs that we were able to do it when we showed up to do it
02:33so jason you just said something about styles and something i've heard repeatedly is you you being the
02:38consumer you being the customer so many times when i talk to people in business they just tell me what
02:43i want from the very beginning everything i've seen you want to hear from your customer you want to
02:47make it a conversation we don't look at it as having sales people we have consumer advocates essentially
02:53we have consultants so it's what is the right product we can tell you we can guide you and that's
02:58the whole idea is to say hey this might be a mistake you're making or not but guide you to that
03:03ultimately it's up to every homeowner what they want to choose the biggest thing is that we have
03:08that option no matter what it is and that makes it a lot easier but we will always guide you in the
03:12right direction and michigan in my mind more than any state in the country it's all about who you know
03:19if i'm going to tell someone about performance remodeling i need to know it's right because it
03:24reflects back on me we care so much about those referrals and reviews that people give us and that they
03:30come back to us for other products so it's really important that we do it right and make you happy
03:35at the end what what is this so this is what's called an equipter when you're doing a job it's
03:40construction there's all there's always a mess people are sweeping laying down tarps this is a
03:45motorized dumpster so we can actually extend it up to your roof or up a wall and bring material up to
03:50our installers and it's all motorized and that way it keeps your property safe there's no damage and
03:56there's very little cleanup i know we just met but for christmas i want one this is awesome and
04:01that's that level of detail and like you said get it right the first time and treat people with respect
04:05and treat their home with respect i just want to take a moment say thank you to not only jason but
04:10everybody here all the men and women work into performance remodeling having them part of big jim's
04:13house the csx and our thank you friday program and the way we thank veterans the men women who signed
04:18those blank checks it means a lot and jason's showing that from the very beginning and everybody here
04:23that same support i say it all the time nobody can help everyone but everybody can help someone
04:28and reflecting back to the community you're going to love working with these people i'm so impressed
