00:24recent in the face of the recent U.S. threats. The Bolivarian president highlighted the military
00:30drills carried out in the country's territorial waters as a way to reaffirm the nation's legitimate
00:36right to protect its territory. He also denounced the false narratives promoted by the U.S. government
00:43and warned there is an imperialist plan to bring about a change of government in Venezuela.
