00:00We are preparing for a flux of young people as well as other people from AI, and it really has to do in many of the, you know, it's partially the entry-level roles, but it's also sort of almost into sort of mid-career roles where many of the functions are being automated, right?
00:22And it creates another challenge in that many young people, those entry-level roles, were the places where they learned the foundations of a job, the places where they built those core skills, where they had an opportunity to be mentored, where they kind of grew up in the organization and built those foundations.
00:38And if we see the hollowing out of some of those entry-level, not only those roles, but those opportunities, even going into the mid-levels, we lose something in our organizations that we have to figure out how to rebuild.
00:52But absolutely, you know, our eyes, we're consistently working with people in industry to develop programs and work with employers to say, what skills do you need, what is going to be required, and how can you work with us to be able to build programs that provide those opportunities for young people and people sort of, you know, further on in their careers.
