00:00Basically, it's extraordinary prices.
00:03People thought, any jobs can't afford it.
00:05A house is too expensive nowadays.
00:07Like, for example, if you're like a single mother with a kid,
00:13how the hell are you going to afford to buy a house and feed your child at the same time?
00:17What the council need to do is you need to bring the prices down a bit.
00:20I think there is housing crisis.
00:22When I came out about three years ago, it was difficult getting houses.
00:26But now I think it's getting better.
00:28But still, I think the government should allow more investors than probably the interest.
00:35That's what's the mortgage interest.
00:37Make it more affordable for people who are willing to be house owners across the country.
00:44I think that's good, yeah.
00:45I think a lot of it is counter house issues.
00:48So a lot of landlords buy extra counter houses because it's cheaper.
00:51They'll put it up for extraordinary prices.
00:53And it's like people paying ÂŁ800 a month for a house.
00:57Not in great condition.
00:58That was an ex-counsel house.
