00:00obviously Matt Eberfloos returning to town as the Cowboys defensive coordinator
00:19your your thoughts on any level of motivation that may exist for the Bears this week to to
00:25beat Matt Eberfloos and your thoughts on Matt Eberfloos specifically as a defensive coach
00:31yeah I think Matt Eberfloos the fine defensive coach I think he's had a lot of success I think he
00:38was patient and waiting for his opportunity to become a coordinator spending that time in Dallas
00:45as a position coach the big seat the head coaching job might not have been the perfect fit for him
00:54in terms of motivation here I don't sense anything extra from from the players I talked to a couple
01:01guys in the locker room yesterday you know they they want to get a win right they they want to
01:09show their coach that they can practice hard enough to produce a win on a Sunday like they're they're
01:16not really giving a whole uh a lot of thought to uh Eberfloos and the and the time here uh that he
01:24had and their experience with him you know Matt's uh Matt's shorthanded right now right I mean the
01:31Parsons trade you look at some of the injuries that have hit that uh defense and it's gonna it's gonna
01:38be challenging that he's got a couple assistants that were with him here uh in Chicago Dave Borgansi
01:44the linebackers coach I thought did a nice job here um so there'll be some familiar faces and I'm
01:51sure the players will enjoy the opportunity to at least say hi quickly uh to a couple uh former
01:57coaches uh David Overstreet the um cornerbacks coach for the Cowboys he was a Nichols coach here good guy
02:04uh so that'll be uh interesting from a human perspective but you got two teams playing
02:11really bad defense and uh trying to trying to get a win
