Jerry Jones joined Shan, RJ, and Bobby to talk about Sunday night’s tie with Green Bay, Dak Prescott’s strong start to the season, and how new additions like George Pickens have stepped up with CeeDee Lamb out. 00:00myself and many cowboy fans think that with this offense there's so much pressure you guys gonna

00:21have to score 40 almost every week to win and the defense with the help here is not really

00:28gonna truly get fixed throughout the year jerry help me well uh first of all uh uh kudos to the

00:36guys that uh really got noted for how well they did play osa played well uh 95 from from green bay

00:45was again maybe the top or almost top best grade you know so interior wise uh that's a plus those

00:55are areas that in the past we haven't been able to say that we're better on the interior as far as

01:02our down linemen are concerned with clowny out there who did some very good things in there

01:0841 i keep calling him 41 because that name for me is hard to get it out right but he he is coming so

01:17fast and we're excited and he's got the natural uh pass rush that you look for there sam williams

01:25was notably noticed the way that he took on blockers we moved him inside there for a lot of

01:32the game and boy he played well back there from the standpoint of linebackers we do have help on the

01:38way there's no question and uh plus uh how uh a couple of them are or really responding to just

01:48snaps that they're getting we'll we've got a chance to uh get better but we're looking at it real close

01:53there and of course you know and you hear it all the time that we've got some new players literally

01:58uh going to be joining us as maybe as early as this week so there is help on the way on defense

02:04more importantly if you felt it even though they scored 40 points our defense improved as that game

02:15went along right before your eyes and we did make some stops that were out there that were key stops

02:21against a fine offensive football team in green bay so i think your eyes didn't betray you and that we

02:29got better as that game went along that's what you're looking for
