Do you feel enough is being done to deal with small boat crossings and could the way Labour handles immigration influence how you vote at the next election?
Transcript
00:00I think it's a bit more tricky than saying stop the boats.
00:03There's more of a national policies and stuff,
00:06because we're dealing with also France and other neighbours around,
00:09also helping us out with our borders.
00:11I think it is a concern for many people about securing our borders
00:16and making sure that the people who do come over here on boats,
00:19that we have an idea who they are.
00:21I don't understand why the rate of immigration has to be.
00:25Where do the numbers come from? Who decided?
00:28Why do we have to accept this? Who says?
00:31When Faraj can more or less openly state that he would stop it,
00:35there must be a point then at which he knows it could have been stopped.
00:41Oh, I'd love to stop hearing about small boats
00:44and start hearing about taxing billionaires, personally.
00:48Don't know about you.
00:49Yeah, no, I agree. I think it could affect the way I vote.
00:51There's a certain level of inhumanity about it, I think,
00:54when we're demonising these people just as small boats
00:57rather than actually talking about it.
00:59I think that could affect the way I vote.
