OP to fund Independent Commission for Infrastructure

The budget for the operations of the Independent Commission for Infrastructure will come from the Office of the President, Budget Secretary Amenah Pangandaman said on Tuesday. Speaking to reporters in Malacañang, Pangandaman said that around P21 million would be sourced from the Miscellaneous Personnel Benefits Fund to cover the expenses of the personal services of the commission.

The budget for Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses and capital outlay would come from the contingency fund.
