02:01I am the Tang monk, and I am here to receive the true scriptures from Buddha.

02:06You may answer, said one of the guards.

02:09The Tang monk and his companions reached a large hall.

02:16Buddha sat at the opposite end of the hall.

02:21Other Buddhas and Bodhisattvas stood behind him.

02:25Guan Yin was standing next to Buddha and smiling.

02:30The travelers bowed.

02:33Congratulations, said Buddha.

02:35You have all traveled far and faced many challenges.

02:41You have done well.

02:44Wukong's heart swelled.

02:47He wiped a tear from his eye.

02:50Thank you, said the Tang monk.

02:52It was an honor to make the journey.

02:55Servants brought a meal to the travelers.

03:00When the travelers were done eating,

03:02a guard led them to a large room filled with magical light and mist.

03:08Wooden chests lined the walls.

03:13Inside the chests were countless scrolls.

03:20Marvelous, the Tang monk murmured.

03:23The true scriptures are written on these scrolls, said the guard.

03:27He picked out three scrolls and handed them to the Tang monk.

03:34Speechless, the monk gazed at the scrolls.

03:39Then he handed them to Wu Jing and Ba Jay.

03:44The two spirits carefully wrapped the scrolls and placed them in a bag.

03:48Again, the travelers bowed before Buddha.

03:58Take the true scriptures back to the Tang empire, said Buddha.

04:04Ah, another long journey, Ba Jay murmured.

04:08Stop complaining, Ba Jay, whispered Wukong.

04:12Ba Jay whispered back.

04:14Don't tell me what to do.

04:22Buddha was still talking.

04:25The scriptures will teach the people there to be good and to treat each other kindly.

04:31But take good care of the scriptures.
