00:20The Philippine National Police or PNP has not monitored any threatened upcoming mask protesta in Manila on September 21.
00:27Although no group has yet secured a permit,
00:30it is expected that up to 15 groups will hold protesta to condemn the anomalous flood control projects.
00:36The Manila Police District or MPD will deploy nearly 1,000 police officers and this number could still increase.
00:42Apart from Luneta, police will also be deployed in other parts of the city,
00:47including in front of the DPWH Central Office, the United States Embassy, and Mendiola.
