One of Britain's most powerful locomotives spent the last few days at the Dean Forest Railway.
Hundreds of rail fans turned out to see 55 009 Alycidon – named after a famous 1940s racehorse.
It is seen here at Lydney Junction in tandem with 50 022 Rodney which is named after an 18th century admiral.
