00:00hello friends i have a machine where i have set up

00:04multi lib it's running slackware 15 and now i have another one where i still didn't install

00:11multi lib and i wanted to do it and record it and share it with you so the best way to install

00:20is to run these commands so far

01:18run wine without 64 it says command not found you can only run wine 64 if you installed wine without

01:29multi lib if you install multi lib and wine you will get wine which is for 32 bits and wine 64

01:39for 64 bits let me install wine first to prove what i'm saying here so to install wine we should

01:50scroll down until we find the version of our slackware system and we

02:08one of these two ones i'ma go with 9.13 i'm still not sure of the

02:23versions which is which

02:27so it says that the stable one is 10.0 and the develop development one is 10.14 so our

02:36choice should definitely be this one from this repository yeah this one

02:52let's go to our home directory and run this

02:59which will download the package

03:00our package is ready for installation we simply install it by running this command

03:15we can type tab which will auto complete for us

03:19okay so clear before we prove that wine only wine 64 is installed

03:39okay this doesn't prove what i what i said let's try with this here we declare a variable call it slack var and

04:06we give it 15.0 if the version is different you simply

04:17it will definitely be make directory called multi lib we change directory into it

04:25and we don't we download the bunch a bunch of packages using the command lftp

04:30from slackware dot and l the link is in the wiki which you may find in the description

04:46this may take some time my packages have been downloaded if you saw any difference in the terminal

06:58i purposely avoided using it you may need to try it there is also a way to do this process using slack
