While the much-loved Gromit Unleashed 3 trail ended on August 31, fans are in for one last treat as The Greatest Dog Show on Earth® opens at Cribbs Mall this weekend (September 13).

Guests will be able to see all 53 sculptures of the trail under one roof alongside the bonus pup, Spot, the four special art pieces that were hidden inside Bristol Museum & Art Gallery over the summer, and nearly 100 Norbots designed and decorated by schools across the country which are going public for the first time.

The exhibition will be open until September 28, with sculptures going under the hammer to raise funds for The Grand Appeal in October.

Nicola Masters, Director of The Grand Appeal, tells us more about the Greatest Dog Show on Earth.

00:00Well, we're delighted to present the Greatest Drug Show on Earth here at Mal Cribs in our Grommet Unleashed Pavilion.
00:09And all 54 sculptures from the trail, plus the miniatures and nearly 100 individually designed schools' Norbots are here for one and only time,
00:20for two weeks before they go to auction and new homes around the world.
00:24Oh, and can you tell us a bit more about the new Norbots that schools have designed?
00:32So we've got nearly 100 Norbots designed by school pupils from Bristol, around the region and deep into the southwest.
00:42And each one of them has brought such humour and warmth to their Norbot sculptures.
00:49And it's wonderful to see those, all the different designs. They're like an army of Norbots, all saluting, and it's a magnificent sight.
00:59So we have 53 sculptures on the trail all around Bristol and the surrounding area, all summer, for eight weeks.
01:06And we've been blown away by the visitors. You know, people have had a fantastic time out on the trail.
01:11We were lucky with the weather this summer. It's been a pretty dry summer.
01:16So we've seen families of people out enjoying the trail with their maps and their apps.
01:21We've also seen, for the first time, families enjoying the trails at different parts of their lives.
01:29So some people have been out and told us that they first did the trail with their children when they were little in 2013.
01:35And then they've come back again and done it now, 12 years later, when the children are teenagers.
01:41So it's wonderful to see progress of families through the trails.
01:45And, of course, it's all for such a great cause because it's all about sick children and babies at Bristol Children's Hospital
01:51and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, which is grand appeal.
01:55What we do, we are the charity for the Children's Hospital.
01:58And all the sculptures will go to auction on the 2nd of October to raise money for the charity.
02:04Aside from raising money for the auction, how much has the trail raised so far?
02:10We are blown away with people's reaction to sculptures and their donations.
02:14People are so generous.
02:16We've had people doing the hot dog dash around lots of different sculptures.
02:20We've had people cycling around all the sculptures.
02:23We've had people out raising money in all sorts of various ways.
02:27We're from corporates.
02:29We've engaged with communities, individuals and families.
02:33And we're just tossing it all up at the moment.
02:35So come auction night, we're ready to tell everybody how much we've raised so far.
