00:00Bet you even McDundee wouldn't even deal with this guy.
00:03Here's your look at the new Haya GI Joe Exquisite Mini Crockmaster.
00:20Crockmaster is Cobra's reptile trainer.
00:22A former alligator wrestler with a pet alligator named Fiona
00:25breeds alligators in large numbers on Cobra Island
00:28intentionally training them to be hostile and rabid alligators
00:31ready to attack at any time.
00:33This brand new Crockmaster action figure stands 110mm in height
00:37based on the original appearance in the GI Joe.
00:39A green alligator skin, shirt and perfectly integrated alligator eyeball
00:43and striking Cobra logo on chest are all perfectly matched with the figure.
00:47Wearing a tight-fitted black hood and silver-colored breathing mask
00:50allow Crockmaster to come and go freely in underwater combat.
00:53Gut feeling that when Haya had acquired the license for GI Joe
00:56that we would be finding this figure soon.
00:59But after a while, we did get the crocodile
01:01and we also got the Crockmaster that went along with Fiona.
01:04Before we actually look at both the figures,
01:06let's take the tape measure, shall we, and see how tall they stand.
01:08Or, in this case for Fiona, how long she actually is.
01:11While I'm doing this as well, I'd like to thank the folks over at Haya Toys
01:13that did provide this sample.
01:15Crockmaster first.
01:16He's going to stand at 4 inches in height,
01:18working on to be a figure that's about 10.5 centimeters tall.
01:21Then to Fiona, obviously we're not going to be going with the height of her,
01:25but we're going to go with the length of her instead.
01:27From the tail to the front of her nose or snouts,
01:30you're looking at Fiona the crocodile being 6.5 inches in length,
01:34or working out roughly to be 17.5 centimeters long.
01:38Normally I would say stay far away from a crocodile,
01:41but considering it's Cobra, I think we're okay.
01:43Here's what Crockmaster, though, looks like with Cobra Commander.
01:46They recently looked at Cobra Viper.
01:48Recently looked at?
01:49You recently looked at this figure?
01:50I did.
01:51In fact, this week.
01:52Here's also a Crockmaster along with Destro.
01:55Over here, Major Blood.
01:57We're kind of running out of space here.
01:59And also just next to her tail,
02:00here's also what they look like with a Saboteur Firefly,
02:03sabotaging any chances of Crockmaster standing.
02:06The folks at Haya do include a display stand.
02:08I've got a couple of other examples of display stands
02:10that we've all gotten from the G.I. Joe and Cobra lines.
02:12I've got myself, how many of these do I have?
02:14I have about four of these right now.
02:16And more just to show you, though, that if you wanted to,
02:19including along with all of these figures,
02:21you get yourself these I brackets.
02:22Now, these I brackets work in the way that if you see these slots on the sides,
02:26there's two, there's two over here,
02:29and wood, yes, you believe, over here as well.
02:32You take your I brackets,
02:33and again, I'm only going to use the ones that came clear with Crockmaster.
02:36In fact, I may even have another one over here.
02:38Take yourself your similar style of stands,
02:41which again, like if you're looking at the terrain,
02:42the terrain does look like it's the same.
02:45It's the exact same.
02:46Now, there has been some varied differences between the designs of these,
02:50but basically, you're just going to take yourself your I brackets.
02:53Well, bear with me here, bear with me here.
02:55It's probably easier if I see it from the back.
02:58And we'll just kind of plug everything in place.
03:00The idea in mind is with these I brackets,
03:03even though I seem to be doing a horrible job of doing this,
03:06but you plug the I brackets together,
03:07and now you've got yourself larger, obviously larger terrains.
03:11We're going to take another I bracket.
03:13Oh, it's craft time.
03:14And we're going to take another I bracket,
03:16which I guess I probably did need that third one.
03:18And we're going to attach it like that.
03:19And I've got another one over here.
03:21Oh, look at this.
03:22And plug it there.
03:23And where's our other display stand?
03:25I happen to have a fourth display stand here.
03:27Why I'm doing all of this is just to recreate
03:30what you could do in your own collection space.
03:32Say you have two.
03:33Say you have four.
03:34Say you have six.
03:34Say you have 27 of these things.
03:37You basically would have a much larger battlefield
03:39where you can have all your Cobras and your Joes standing.
03:41Of course, with all the pegs there,
03:43of course, you can have some front and center
03:44in the foreground, some in the background.
03:46I hope you get, though, the idea.
03:48Let's move that off to the side.
03:50Okay, so Croc Master, of course,
03:51comes included with his Crocodile Fiona.
03:54Comes also with the whip,
03:55the hook tool, the leash over here,
03:57and some swappable hands.
03:59Maybe we'll look at the swappable hands first.
04:01The hands do seem like they have trigger firing fingers,
04:03don't they?
04:04Well, that's because also Croc Master
04:05comes included with a gun,
04:06holstered on the side of the leg.
04:08He also comes included with a knife.
04:09That's over there as well.
04:10These hands just swap out with the hands
04:12that he currently has on the ends of his forearms.
04:14Pretty simple enough to do.
04:16And again, if you look at the figure itself,
04:19actually, you know what?
04:19Let's change one of the hands.
04:21I can't just very well say,
04:22oh, it's just a simple thing to do
04:23and I don't end up doing it.
04:24The only one thing I will say, though,
04:26with dealings with smaller figures like this,
04:28you got a small peg,
04:29you got a small hand,
04:31you can probably even see where I'm going with this.
04:32If you're not careful,
04:34you can so very easily lose these.
04:36In fact, actually,
04:37when we did do the review of the Cobra Viper,
04:39if you saw that video,
04:41boy, did we have hilarity.
04:43Right across the room,
04:44the backpack went
04:45and I had to stop what I was doing.
04:46I had to go retrieve the backpack
04:47and we had to kind of resume
04:49where we were in the review.
04:51So you just want to kind of, again,
04:52be careful of these.
04:53But what I did want to say, though,
04:55is if you kind of move his arm out of the way,
04:57holstered on the side of his leg,
04:58he actually does have himself a gun.
05:01The gun seems to be a revolver.
05:02So you can go ahead and take that
05:04and put that into his hand like that.
05:06And on the other side,
05:07even though I kind of did crisscross here,
05:09on the other side,
05:10he also does have himself a knife.
05:12The knife, if I move my hand out of the way,
05:13you can see it's handled in green.
05:15That's a silver on the end,
05:17silver for the blade.
05:18And you can go ahead
05:18and put that into his hand as well.
05:20What I'm showing you right now,
05:22I feel are the least interesting accessories.
05:24How could you say, though,
05:25that a revolver and a knife
05:27are the least interesting things?
05:29Well, considering that he also does have a leash
05:30and he does also have the hook,
05:32by that, that's why I say,
05:34like the gun and the knife,
05:35it's okay.
05:36I would rate them around a B.
05:38These accessories, though,
05:39I would rate an A.
05:40So let's put these back before we lose them
05:42because you know, again,
05:43that's going to happen.
05:45Slide the knife into the side sheath.
05:48You don't have to make the noise.
05:49I'm not going to make the noise
05:49while doing that.
05:50And take again your revolver.
05:51Did I spend much time
05:52to show you guys the revolver?
05:53Hold on one second.
05:54Let's get things going here
05:56so you guys can see.
05:57A better, clearer idea.
05:58Looks like it's probably cast
06:00in a dark gunmetal gray
06:01with a little bit of
06:02very gingerly spread
06:04across their silver paint
06:05to give a little bit of detail
06:07and contrast.
06:09Let's put the gun back
06:10in the side holster.
06:12Tuck it in just to make sure
06:12it's not going to go anywhere.
06:14It was actually sticking out
06:15a lot further like this
06:16when I got it out of the packaging.
06:18So I had to kind of go in there
06:19and push down.
06:21Just push down the gun
06:22just a little bit more
06:22so it's not going to be going anywhere.
06:25Okay, for the other accessories
06:26that come in clear with the Croc Master,
06:28the figure does have a hook.
06:31Very much similar
06:31to what you would expect to see
06:32from I Know What You Did Last Summer.
06:34That recent I Know What You Did Last Summer
06:35was garbage.
06:37I'm just throwing it out there.
06:39I do like the fact
06:39that he does actually have the hook.
06:41The hook obviously hooks onto his hand.
06:43Do the exact same thing.
06:45Although he doesn't necessarily need
06:46the trigger firing hand
06:47but again you get the idea.
06:49And then he does also have the leash.
06:50Now the way the leash works
06:51and actually I shouldn't say that
06:52there's actually one other accessory.
06:54The figure does also have a whip.
06:56Whoosh!
06:56Whoosh!
06:57You've got to keep this crock at bay.
06:59Literally down by the bay
07:01where the watermelons grow.
07:02This whip though
07:03is a softer plastic.
07:05I suppose you could probably
07:06unravel it also as well
07:07if you want.
07:08Whoosh!
07:08Whoosh!
07:09Whoosh!
07:10Did you ever see a bear
07:11wearing women's underwear
07:13down by the bay?
07:14Whoosh!
07:15Then he also comes included
07:17with the chain.
07:18Now the chain is similar
07:19to both the vintage collection figure.
07:21Now the vintage would have had
07:22this all done
07:22in just a black plastic.
07:25Then there was also
07:26the classified series
07:27which though funny enough
07:28the vintage and the classified
07:29has pretty much kept
07:30this same look for crockmaster.
07:32He hasn't changed at all.
07:35The whip though
07:35not the whip
07:36the chain
07:37the chain and the collar
07:38essentially would fit
07:39over Fiona's head.
07:40Now if you're having a hard time
07:41you're thinking
07:41there's no real way
07:42that that's going to fit
07:43over the crock's head.
07:44What you can do though
07:45is you can pop the head off.
07:46I'll show you guys
07:49in a second.
07:49First though
07:50let's look at Fiona
07:50the crocodile.
07:52What a fine looking crock that is.
07:54That's a big baby
07:55with a big underbelly as well.
07:57I don't know if she's already fed
07:58I certainly hope that she has.
08:00Nice coloring though
08:00on the underbody
08:02of the crocodile here.
08:04Love the scaling
08:05the coloring looks really good.
08:06Beady little eyes
08:07looking at you.
08:08These crocks
08:09when they grab you
08:10they like to roll you around
08:11in the water
08:12just to make you all
08:12confused and not sure
08:14where you are.
08:15That's how they get you.
08:16But the crocodile
08:17does look good.
08:18The mouth does open and close.
08:19Inside you can see
08:20there's a nice pink interior
08:22and then a red tongue.
08:24Teeth are done well too
08:25on the top and the bottom.
08:27Chompy chompy chompy chompy chompy.
08:29She does have painted nails.
08:31When I say painted nails
08:32it almost sounds like
08:32it's nail polish.
08:34And overall
08:34just a really well painted crocodile.
08:37Some articulation
08:38also here as well.
08:39I guess we can kind of
08:39get this out of the way.
08:41She does have a head rotation.
08:42Her mouth does open and close
08:43obviously.
08:44This section right here
08:46does also move back and forth
08:47so that's on a ball joint.
08:48Looks like I'm about to
08:49break a lobster tail
08:51but that moves back and forth
08:52up and down
08:53rotated also as well.
08:55Then the back tail
08:56there's a section here
08:57that rotates
08:58here as well
08:59and here as well.
09:01So one is like broken up
09:02into three separate sections.
09:04Then you've got
09:04foot articulation
09:06or leg articulation
09:07so those move also out.
09:09Basically look at this.
09:10They move forward and back.
09:11They also move out
09:11and then you just do that
09:12times four.
09:15Going though back
09:16to the collar
09:16and the chain
09:17I found it was actually easier
09:19if you just took the head off
09:20just pop it off
09:22the ball joint like that
09:23take the collar piece
09:25and slide it up her head.
09:27Now at least though
09:28the collar is a soft enough
09:29plastic
09:29that you can do
09:30what I'm doing right now.
09:32Fit it over at least
09:33far enough on her head
09:34and then just go back
09:36and basically snap her back
09:37onto the ball joint.
09:38Which again
09:39we'll just kind of make sure
09:39make sure the ball joint
09:40is just down a little bit
09:41and snap it back
09:43onto the ball joint.
09:46Now you should
09:47there you go
09:48here is satisfying
09:49had to work a little harder
09:50at that
09:51satisfying snap
09:52or pop
09:53and now you've got
09:54yourself the collar
09:55now you just want to
09:55kind of rotate it
09:57just a little bit around
09:58there we go
10:00just enough again
10:01that the chain goes up
10:02and of course
10:03the croc master
10:04can hold on to the handle.
10:05What's connecting the handle
10:06to the collar
10:07is a real metal chain.
10:08Really nice down there.
10:10So there's the croc master's
10:12partner in crime
10:13Fiona
10:13now let's go ahead
10:14and pick up the croc master
10:15where we kind of
10:16remove the claw.
10:17There is no place
10:18to store the hook
10:19by the way
10:19nor the whip
10:20nor really
10:21well I guess really
10:22those are the only
10:23other accessories
10:23that he really has.
10:24There could have
10:24nicely been a clip
10:25right here
10:26where you could
10:26put on the whip
10:27but then you would
10:27have just had
10:28the whip dangling
10:28like this.
10:29The original
10:30like I said
10:30the vintage toy
10:31didn't have that.
10:32The 25th anniversary
10:34the classified series
10:35that I have also
10:36looked at here
10:36on this channel
10:37couldn't find the
10:38whereabouts of him
10:38at the time of
10:39doing this review
10:39but they pretty much
10:40have retained the
10:41same look for
10:42croc master over the
10:43years.
10:43There's nothing at all
10:43that has really
10:44changed with the
10:45character.
10:45Of course with
10:46croc master he does
10:47have himself the
10:47mask with beady
10:49beady little red
10:49eyes the breathing
10:50mask there on the
10:51front of his face.
10:52He was doing Bane
10:53before Bane did Bane.
10:55He does also have a
10:55tube.
10:56Now the tube goes to
10:57the back of his body
10:57on this tank.
10:59You can detach the
11:00tank and I find
11:01actually this is good
11:02to detach this if you
11:04have plans at all
11:05to really rotate his
11:05head.
11:06When you do want to
11:07kind of connect things
11:08you'll notice that the
11:09cord gets tight real
11:10quick and the last
11:11thing you don't really
11:12want to have happen
11:13though is if you turn
11:13the head too far this
11:14way that tiny little
11:16bit of tube could
11:17potentially snap.
11:18So you just want to
11:19kind of be careful of
11:19that.
11:21A croc master of
11:22course does have the
11:22cobra logo there if I
11:23get my finger out of
11:24the way.
11:24Nice alligator skin I
11:26suppose for the vest.
11:28He's got some alligator
11:29skin there on his arms
11:30as well and also on the
11:31back of his body.
11:32Loads and loads of
11:33paint went into this
11:34figure.
11:35I think man oh man
11:35they've done a really
11:36nice job on this.
11:36I can't though imagine
11:37that that's a real
11:38crocodile eye.
11:39Looks like the eye of
11:40Sauron.
11:42Again he's got the
11:43little holster there on
11:43the side of the leg
11:44the holster down below
11:45the sheath for the
11:46knife and it looks
11:47like he's also got
11:48himself some alligator
11:49boots.
11:50Ric Flair himself would
11:51also be very jealous of
11:52that.
11:52Ric Flair spent a fortune
11:54on his outfits.
11:55Fashion was always on
11:56the top of slick
11:57Ric's mind and of
11:58course the ladies as
11:59well.
12:00The figure does also
12:00have piggles on the
12:01bottoms of his
12:02feet so he can
12:02easily plug onto the
12:03display stand whether
12:05you have one, whether
12:06you have two or in
12:07this case whether you
12:07have four.
12:09For Croc Master's
12:10articulation again going
12:12with the head depending
12:13on your mileage you can
12:15either move the head
12:15carefully back and
12:16forth this way or again
12:17if you detach the tube
12:19detach the tank you can
12:20do a lot more with
12:21this.
12:22It's just it's going to
12:23drape a little bit more
12:23obviously on the sides.
12:25The head does look down
12:26a little bit and up.
12:28You can also rock it
12:29back and forth as well.
12:30Upper torso is going to
12:31be on a ball joint.
12:32Lower abdomen also the
12:34same.
12:35The arms move all the
12:36way around.
12:37You can hinge them out.
12:38Can I just also stop
12:39myself for a second and
12:40just say I love the
12:41additional air like spray
12:42tan that this guy has as
12:43well.
12:44It's in enough places
12:45where I feel like it was
12:46deliberate.
12:47If they had only just
12:48say done it on his
12:49shoulders and done it on
12:50his arms I would have
12:51thought to myself hey
12:51they needed to put it
12:52elsewhere but they did
12:53put it elsewhere.
12:54This guy's out in the
12:55sun all the time.
12:56Of course he is.
12:57He's battling gators.
12:58The arms rotate all the
12:59way around.
13:00The figure does have a
13:01bicep swivel.
13:02A double hinge on the
13:03elbow and the hands
13:04rotate back and forth.
13:06As for his legs his legs
13:07do split out.
13:09Despite having though the
13:10holster on the side of
13:11his leg he can pull off
13:12almost a full split.
13:14The legs also do drop
13:15down a little bit so you
13:16can bring them forward and
13:17back a little bit more as
13:18well.
13:19Swivel at the top of the
13:20thigh.
13:20Double hinge on the knee.
13:22No articulation here for the
13:23boot so leads me to
13:24believe that this was
13:25just painted as a
13:26continuous sculpt from the
13:27rest of the calf.
13:29The feet move up and
13:30down.
13:30You also have a bit of an
13:31ankle rocker.
13:32Did I already say?
13:33I know I already did.
13:34That the figure does also
13:35have peggles on the
13:36bottoms of his feet.
13:37Love the look of
13:38Croc Master.
13:39To be fair I've always
13:40loved Croc Master.
13:41Had the original toys as a
13:42kid.
13:43Had the uh I was going to
13:44say I think I had the
13:4525th anniversary Croc
13:46Master too although I
13:47never opened him and got
13:48him out of his plastic
13:49prison.
13:50And I also had at one
13:51point which I still think
13:52I have him I just can't
13:53find where he is.
13:54I also had the classified
13:55series Croc Master as
13:56well.
13:56I would certainly say
13:57though of the things
13:58that we've gotten
13:58recently from Hyatt
13:59toys Croc Master is
14:01pretty high on my list.
14:02Pretty pretty high on my
14:03list.
14:04Cobra Commander.
14:04Cobra Viper has also
14:05been a really great one
14:06as well.
14:07Croc Master is right
14:08near the top for me.
14:09Maybe I would even say
14:09like top five favorite
14:11figures we've gotten so
14:12far from Hyatt.
14:13I mean how could you
14:13not like this?
14:14He comes included with
14:15this Croc Fiona.
14:16He comes with all the
14:17accessories that the
14:18original 25th the
14:19original vintage would
14:20have had the original
14:20classified series would
14:21have had that that being
14:23of course the whip that
14:24being of course the hook
14:24and he also has of
14:26course the collar.
14:26You have to have the
14:27collar to keep that
14:28gator at bay or
14:29crocodile at bay.
14:30All in all just a
14:31really neat looking
14:32figure.
14:32This one's going to be a
14:33little bit more
14:33expensive than your
14:34traditional Hyatt toys
14:35figure simply just
14:36because there's so much
14:37more plastic that went
14:38out not only to the
14:39accessories that
14:40Croc Master can wield
14:41but also the crocodile
14:42he can train on the
14:43side.
14:43I really hope he keeps
14:44that gator in check.
14:45If you're looking though
14:45to check the prices on
14:47what you would expect to
14:47pay for Croc Master and
14:48Fiona expect about a
14:50ten dollar difference
14:51between this and a
14:51regular Hyatt toys
14:52GI Joe Exquisite Mini
14:53in that Hyatt's Croc
14:55Master is going to sell
14:56for $34.99 online and
14:58your regular GI Joes or
14:59Cobras for that matter
15:00are going to sell for
15:01$24.99.
15:02Not still a bad price at
15:03all considering what
15:04you're getting here for
15:04both Croc Master and a
15:06really super detailed
15:07fully poseable gator as
15:09well.
15:09All the things that
15:10you'd expect a
15:11Croc Master to have he
15:12has and then some.
15:13He also comes in
15:14course include the
15:14display stand that
15:15does have the eye
15:17brackets obviously so you
15:18can attach it on to
15:18other display stands that
15:20we've also gotten from
15:21the company in the
15:21past.
15:22The figure looks
15:23fantastic and again I
15:24love that this guy
15:25doesn't make any changes
15:26to the original
15:26Croc Master.
15:27Most of the time the
15:28Hyatt toys stuff that
15:29we're getting are really
15:30based on smaller versions
15:31of the classified series
15:33because of course the
15:34classified series of
15:35Croc Master and Fiona
15:35looked about the same as
15:36this.
15:37There's no real reason at
15:38all that Hyatt felt the
15:39need to change it.
15:40They wanted to keep it
15:41classic and looking the
15:42same.
15:43A big thank you again to
15:44the folks over at Hyatt
15:45toys that did provide this
15:46sample of technically this
15:47is still on a pre-order.
15:49The upcoming release of
15:50the Hyatt toys exquisite
15:51mini series G.I. Joe
15:52Croc Master and Fiona.
15:54What do you guys think of
15:55this figure set?
15:56I want to say set because
15:57obviously I would like to
15:58consider that Fiona is just
15:59as much of a figure as
16:00Croc Master but what do you
16:01think of the two?
16:02Let me know down below.
16:03Did you ever have the
16:04original Croc Master?

16:08recently the classified

16:22that bell and of course

16:25peeled.
16:26Ew that's so gross.
16:27We may not be having many
16:28more G.I. Joe reviews coming
16:30this way for the rest of this
16:31week but there will be of
16:32course more reviews so make
16:33sure again you're coming
