00:02And I've always been a hater of Notre Dame all throughout my life.
00:05I have no idea how they even got a TV deal, why anybody cares about them.
00:08They don't play in the national championship picture all that much.
00:10Oh, no, they went to the championship game last year.
00:13When's the last time they won anything?
00:14I don't know.
00:14Before most of the people watching this program were ever born.
00:17But understand this.
00:18They played Miami, who's a good opponent on the road.
00:20Credit them for scheduling that game.
00:22Now they play Texas A&M, who's the 16th-ranked team, but they are at home.
00:26After this, the easiest schedule I've ever seen a major division college football team have.
00:33Purdue, Arkansas, Boise State, NC State, USC, Boston College, Navy, Pitt, Syracuse, and Stanford.
00:39I want, as Tony Soprano would say, a full investigation on how this actually happened.
00:44Because, Joe, I fully believe this.
00:46They can lose to A&M.
00:47They're only two ranked opponents they're going to play on their entire schedule
00:50and still make the college football playoff.
00:52It shouldn't happen, but it might.
00:55It will.
00:56Donnie, because there is no bigger cash cow in college football from a ratings and television
01:03perspective than when Notre Dame is prime time.
01:06So I can assure you they will look the other way a lot.
01:10And they have been for how long now?
01:11Let's be realistic here.
01:13But both these teams, big injuries.
01:15A&M lost their starting left tackle last week.
01:19Also, their quarterback, Marcel Reed, was also removed from the game.
01:23Keep an eye on his availability.
01:26And Notre Dame already, in a couple of weeks, has lost a big one of their starting defensive
01:31ends and another offensive lineman.
01:33So injury is starting to pile up for both these teams early on in the season.
