00:00Just wanted to show you a hack I ran into while using the Nord Bench. Now this solves a problem

00:04I've always had and that is not having the ability to do seated rows with my setup. See I've always

00:09had to use sandbags, I've always had to use a dumbbell or even a dip bar to place my feet in

00:14here to counter the weight that I'm pulling and also to use that as a foot plate. But now with

00:20the Nord Bench's ability to use the foot plate in several angles I can actually do that and do a

00:26seated row here with my setup which is awesome. It feels great, it feels just like the commercial

00:30gym machines and all I do is I put this on the second setting which is the setting that allows

00:35me to vertically store the Nord Bench and then over here on this side I have a loading bar. I load up

00:41the loading bar to how much weight I want, I just stack them up over each other and then I'm ready

00:46to go. I connect my handle here and I can do my seated rows and it feels really really good. This

00:51provides enough support, enough counter force for me to do the movement without a problem. So just a
