00:00The NFL knows what they're doing.
00:01They do.
00:02And we know what we're doing here at the Sports Grid Network on the early line.
00:04It's Sonny Wrightside and it's Joe Ranieri.
00:06You saw that game last night, 41-40.
00:08Of course it was going to be 41-40.
00:10Of course the line was one and a half as a favorite towards the Baltimore Ravens.
00:14Of course the Ravens had a massive lead in the second half.
00:17And of course the Ravens couldn't hold on and the Buffalo Bills won.
00:21I thoroughly enjoyed this game while I was up.
00:23But as I dozed off to sleep, getting ready for the show in the morning,
00:26I woke up and the first thing I checked was the score.
00:28Boy, how much did the Ravens win by?
00:30What?
00:3141-40 would show.
00:33I'm probably not in the minority.
00:34People waking up today seeing that final score.
00:36Shocked.
00:36And I was shocked as well.
00:38I can't believe the Baltimore Ravens, who I thought were pound for pound the best team in the NFL,
00:43got a performance out of Lamar Jackson.
00:45209 in the air.
00:46Two touchdowns thrown.
00:48A passer rating of 144.4.
00:50Derrick Henry had 18 carries for 169 yards and two touchdowns.
00:55Lamar Jackson had six for 70 and a touchdown.
00:58Zay Flowers, seven catches for 143 and a touchdown.
01:02Joe, and they lost.
01:04Help me out here.
01:06Well, I'll tell you what.
01:07And Josh Allen wasn't all that happy with Bill's Mafia yesterday either, Donnie,
01:12because right around that 12-minute, 11-minute mark,
01:16the fans started to pour out of the Ralph and leave.
01:22And, yeah, he wasn't altogether happy with that and said that after the game.
01:27He said, maybe you ought to have a little bit more faith because the football God stepped in,
01:34and all of a sudden, for a guy that was running all over them in Derrick Henry for 169 yards and two scores,
01:42all of a sudden fumbles the ball and gives life to the Buffalo Bills.
01:47And you can't do that with Josh Allen at home.
01:51And, boy, oh, boy, just like that, that was the beginning of the end.
01:55And I'll say it again.
01:56It's the first time it's happened where a team in the NFL since 2000 has had that big a lead,
02:02a 15-point lead with under 10 minutes to go,
02:04and loses the game that just does not happen.
02:09It certainly shouldn't happen to a, oh, I don't know, call me crazy here,
02:14to a team that everyone seems to think is going to the Super Bowl this year, Donnie.
