00:01Congratulations, what a great win by the team.

00:04Yeah, it was a solid one, it was a hot day.

00:08Quality opposition and we knew that we had to turn up and play our best footy

00:12and I think we had bits there where we could string things together

00:17and it sort of got a good momentum for us to run away with it.

00:20Man, you're in there, so the fourth in a row is right on track, the fourth in a row.

00:28Yeah, I haven't really thought about it.

00:31It might take a while to sink in and I definitely won't think about it

00:34until we cross the line in a couple of weeks.

00:37But yeah, it's definitely a step in the right direction

00:40but there's a long way to go yet and whoever wins out of West Wyong and Sessnaught,

00:45they're all quality teams, so we know we've got to play our best footy

00:48and hopefully if we do that we can put in a good performance in two weeks' time.

00:53And mate, how good to get the win in your hundredth game?

00:56Yeah, it's special. Last year I had a hundred great games

01:00and this one a hundred for the pickers.

01:02I think it means more to have a hundred with one club

01:06and what this club has done for me personally, not only on the field but off it

01:10and Matty as a coach, it's special and that one really means a lot.

01:14Excellent. So you're definitely a picker now, well and truly,

01:18but it is nice to get one up in the old club.

01:20Yeah, it is.

01:22Didn't get to play them against them this year in the first round.

01:26Neither was the second round I don't think, but yeah,

01:28finally good to play against them in a nice, tough, hot victory.

01:34Mate, how are you enjoying, you know,

01:36started off as a back row and now a hooker? Are you enjoying it?

01:40Coming through juniors, I was a hooker and come here,

01:44learning off Alex and then Matty tried to transfer it for me

01:48into a ball playing lock and now that Alex is gone,

01:51he's just slotted me straight back into the nine,

01:53which is good, my normal position and yeah, loving it.

01:57Alright. So mate, how many premierships will this be

02:00or how many grand finals is this for you?

02:02We won't get too far.

02:04This will be my fourth one with Mainland.

02:11It's pretty amazing.

02:13To get the chance to be the first team ever

02:15to win four premierships in a row is pretty exciting,

02:17so the next two weeks it's going to be full of hard work

02:20and yeah, getting here knuckle and down

02:23and make sure we can be that first team to win the first four premierships.

02:26Mate, despite the blowout and the scoreboard,

02:28that was a bloody tough game.

02:30Yeah, the Heat had a fair bit of deal with it, I think.

02:34The first ten minutes was bashing each other, line speed and that,

02:39but we put in the work all this week and last week

02:43on what we needed to fix after our loss to Curry

02:46and that showed today we played pretty good.
