00:00This second chapter, this second year of the Labour government, is now about optimising delivery against the promises of change that we made to the public.
00:08And that started on Monday when the Prime Minister announced the strengthening of the 10 Downing Street operation, including my appointment as his chief secretary in number 10.
00:17And he had been already considering a broader reshuffle, albeit on a slightly slower time frame.
00:22But because of the former Deputy Prime Minister's resignation, the Prime Minister decided it was the decisive thing to do to bring that forward and to get it done on Friday and then to be able to move forward with the strongest team that we have around the Cabinet now leading on delivering on the public's priorities.
00:40Nigel Farage is saying Reform UK is getting ready for an election in 2027 because you won't, this Labour government, will not be able to hold on to government because it's not delivering.
00:51What do you say to that?
00:52I say two things to you, Nigel. The first thing is Nigel Farage and the Reform Party are bound to say that because the whole point of their existence is to feed off of dismay and problems.
01:04So they don't want an effective Labour government to fix these countries' problems because they become irrelevant.
01:08Okay.
01:20So, they don't want an effective cheicer.
01:22So, you'll get in the middle one to compare the markets and calculations with that.
