00:00There seems to be an allegation that Angela Rayner may have sought to avoid paying some stamp duty by, I think, changing, taking her name off the deeds of her primary residence.
00:09And I think that that's being investigated. The best thing is for that to be investigated to see whether she's sort of broken the ministerial code or anything.
00:16But I think what's really happening here is that as Keir Starmer's authority crumbles, the Labour Party is starting to fight with itself over who the next leader might be.
00:26And I think you're seeing forces within the Labour Party brief against Angela Rayner because some people see her as his successor.
00:33You're seeing people, you know, there's implications that Angela Rayner is trying to insert a clause into one of her bills so that Andy Burnham can't become an MP and stand for the leadership.
00:45So this is, we're getting into rats in a sack territory as a result of the weak position that the Labour government finds itself in.
00:53I think you're going to see a lot more of that in the months to come.
