00:03:35We're gonna start with the game in Brazil.

00:03:37The international game, Friday night at 8 p.m. Eastern.

00:03:40We have the Chiefs and the Chargers, AFC West rivals.

00:03:43Obviously, Coach, the Chiefs coming off the Super Bowl loss.

00:03:46First and foremost, before we get to this game, what is that mentality in the locker room

00:03:50after the way they played in the Super Bowl last year going into this season?

00:03:54I'm sure it's eye-opening.

00:03:55You know, they got handed to them.

00:03:57They really did.

00:03:58They really did.

00:03:59But they lost to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in similar fashion, 31-9.

00:04:03They came back the next year and they showed their championship form.

00:04:07I just think Mahomes and Andy Reid own the AFC West.

00:04:11Look at their record against all these teams in the division.

00:04:14I keep waiting for Herbert.

00:04:15I keep waiting for the Chargers.

00:04:17But until I am proven wrong, I'm going with Kansas City in this game.

00:05:14If you look down through the division and you look at the Super Bowl coaches that's a part of this division,

00:05:19it might be the most well-coached division.

00:05:22And, Coach, you are right.

00:05:24Herbert has not lived up to it, but Harbaugh is a different animal.

00:05:27He's not going to put it in his hands and lose the game.

00:05:29He's going to run that ball, ball control.

00:05:31And one thing that I really hate, that Big Slater got hurt.

00:05:36I think when he got hurt, that changed the whole outlook for the Chargers

00:05:40because they got Big Joe Ott at their other tackle.

00:05:42They can move people.

00:05:43They got a good defense.

00:05:45All I'm saying like this, when you go play in South America, it's a toss-up on this game.

00:05:49The only thing that I'm going to say, I'm going to give the edge slightly to Kansas City,

00:05:54I think their wide receiving core this year is going to be two times better than it's been in the last three years.

00:05:59They are a little reloaded.

00:06:05You know, the AFC West, as an old man like I am, Sean Payton is the youngest coach in the AFC West.

00:07:34I think, really, for the Chiefs, they're in the mode of, hey, we're going to be in the

00:07:37playoffs every single year.

00:07:38We got to make sure that Travis Kelce is ready to go for the playoffs.

00:07:41And, like, whatever that looks like in the regular season, maybe his numbers aren't incredible

00:07:45during the regular season.

00:07:46It doesn't matter.

00:07:47Once they get to the playoffs, he and Mahomes are playoff guys.

00:08:49for his life.

00:08:50And not only is he running for his life just to pass the ball, Pacheco and their running

00:08:54game.

00:08:55They've been behind lately.

00:08:56And if you can't run the ball in the NFL today, you will not win.

00:09:04We're only one game into the season and we're already beefing.

00:09:07Okay, let's move to the NFC North.

00:09:08We have the Lions at the Packers on Sunday at 425 Eastern.

00:09:13And the Packers obviously got the big blockbuster trade.

00:09:17Got Micah Parsons.

00:09:18Dallas in absolute shambles.

00:09:20The Lions coming off a 15-2 season.

00:09:22They won their division.

00:09:23Dan, I'll start with you.

00:09:25We know what Dan Campbell can do.

00:09:26We know how excited Detroit fans are with adding Micah Parsons to this Green Bay team.

00:09:31I know you hate the Packers.

00:09:32Yeah.

00:09:33Well, I'm going to do two things here.

00:09:34I'm going to do something that is going to be called emotionally shielding myself for

00:09:39this season.

00:09:40And then I'm going to have a question for the two of you.

00:09:42The emotional shield for this season is the Packers are the best team in the NFL.

00:09:46They're going to win this game.

00:09:47Two and a half points at home.

00:09:49I'm going to take the Packers.

00:09:50The question, that's emotional shielding right there.

00:09:52That's just admitting the Packers are the best team in the NFL.

00:09:55And whoops, if they don't become the best team in the NFL, hand up.

00:54:57Matt Stafford, I think, will be able to deal with that a little bit more, even though his back, who knows what's going on with that.

00:55:31And I just think the Rams at home, like Dan said, with this pass rush and these weapons, I think the Rams are a little bit better.
