Victorian police officer Senior Constable Vadim de Waart-Hottart has been farewelled at a service in Melbourne. The 34-year-old Belgian Australian was one of two officers shot dead last week in Porepunkah in the state's high country. Around 3-thousand serving and past officers, friends and family attended the service at the state's police academy.
