00:00Okay, so this is the nice part of the day. It's cool. I've had a cup of tea, and now it's mile number one.
00:08You know, just for the first time, I'm beginning to think I might actually do this, but it's so late in the end of the day.
00:16It's desperately hard.
00:18You walk through a beautiful town like this, and people peel out of shops or cafes, and they want to know what's going on.
00:26And you're realizing that these people like to be invested in something like this, and the physical barriers suddenly tend to float away a bit.
00:36That sounded good, didn't it? It's not true at all.
00:39It's for painkillers. I disciplined myself just to have a couple yesterday. That was a mistake.
00:44But, yeah, you know, if a couple of paracetamol are what it takes, so be it.
