00:00Nagsimula na ngayong araw ang budget hearing ng House Committee on Appropriation sa budget ng Department of Transportation.

00:07Sinabi ni Transportation Acting Secretary Giovanni Lopez na mahigit sa P197.4 billion pesos ang panugalang pondo nila para sa 2026.

00:17Mas mataas ito ng 9% o P16.4 billion pesos, kumpara noong 2025 na nasa P180.8 billion pesos.

00:26Ipamamahagi naman ang magiging budget ng DOTR sa Office of the Secretary, Philippine Coast Guard, Office for Transportation Security, Maritime Industry Authority, Civil Aeronautics Board, Toll Regulatory Board at Office of Transportation Cooperatives.
