00:14It comes after a report by U.S. think tank The Jamestown Foundation,
00:18which says at least 12 oil and gas vessels and permanent structures were spotted in Taiwan's EEZ in July and August.
00:26The report says the RICs are part of Beijing's broader campaign to erode Taiwan's sovereignty.
00:31The presidential office says the actions violate international law and China should provide a clear explanation.
