Silver's Deli on Stanningley Road in Bramley, Leeds, owned by Chris Riley. The sandwich shop has teamed up with Get Baked and has now been shortlisted for Restaurant of the Year at the Uber Eats awards and was named the best in Yorkshire.

00:00Massive for us. I mean we've worked so hard these past 18 months, we've put

00:05everything into it. You know I've been working seven days a week on this

00:07business since we opened and just to get that recognition and especially it's

00:12the customers that have voted so that's such a huge achievement I think for

00:17us, you know and being in Bramley as well is.

00:20What do you think is required to go that exercise and actually win restaurant every year?

00:25I think it's not compromising. We've never compromised. You know if we can't get it

00:31we don't sell it. You know produce is everything.
