01:03The government of Venezuela accused the head of the U.S. Secretary of State Marcos Rubio of using artificial intelligence in a video presented as evidence of alleged drug trafficking activities from Venezuela.
01:25Venezuelan Minister of Communication and Information, Freddy Ñáñez, explained that Marcos Rubio offered U.S. President-Long Trump a video generated by artificial intelligence as alleged evidence of the attack by the U.S. military on what would be a ship with drugs coming from Venezuela.
01:40To support his claim, the Venezuelan official attached a technical analysis of the video in question in which the artificial intelligence platform, Gemini, concluded that it is very likely that the video was generated by an artificial intelligence system.
01:55Let's see details of the discrepancies in the video of the vessel presented by Washington.
02:04In the first sequence, the images show a lead boat with three engines heading away from the camera in a nighttime setting.

02:48The President denounced the false narrative of U.S. authorities that accuses the Venezuelan government of being implicated in drug trafficking operations,
02:56using it as an excuse to dispatch to deploy eight U.S. military ships equipped with 1,200 missiles and a nuclear submarine heading for the Venezuelan coast.

05:48During her daily morning press conference, Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum reaffirmed that an intervention to fight organized crime was unnecessary.
05:56And that such a fight required by national agreements on research and cooperation without damaging sovereignty.
06:02The President reiterated that her government would never allow any military intervention by the U.S. government.
06:07And said each country must take responsibility to fight crime within its own territory.
06:12And in Nicaragua, co-president Daniel Ortega contemned the threats and aggressions imposed by the United States against Venezuela and his constitutional president Nicolas Maduro.
06:29The Nicaraguan government celebrated with a ceremony the 46th anniversary of the foundation of the Nicaraguan army.
06:35During the event, co-president Ortega sentenced that the military deployment of the United States in Latin American Caribbean represents a threat to the peace and stability of the region.
06:45Likewise, the commander reiterated the solidarity of the Nicaraguan state towards Venezuela in the midst of the recent imperialist threats,
06:52while he emphasized the people's unity in rejecting threats to the region's sovereignty.
06:57And in Peru, the 40-year-old Indonesian diplomat Leonardo Seto Purva was shot and killed in front of his home in Lima.
07:09Peruvian authorities are investigating Purva's death as a possible contract killing.
07:13Although they did not provide details about the incident, the Interior Minister Carlos Maraver said no belongings were stolen.
07:20Peru's foreign ministry said the murder will be thoroughly investigated and all necessary assistance and protection will be provided to the ambassador and staff of the Indonesian Embassy.
07:30The deadly attack comes amid a rise in violent crimes in the South American country.
07:36Official figures show that 6,041 people were killed between January and mid-August this year, the highest number for the same time period since 2017.

08:27and the World Anti-Fascist War. In an act of deep significance, more than a thousand musicians paid tribute to each year of the great resistance against invasion and aggression which began with the occupation of Manchuria in 1931.
08:40The ceremony honors the memory of the approximately 20 million Chinese men and women, mostly civilians, who gave their lives in the fight for national liberation.
08:49In a striking demonstration of sovereignty and national technological development, the parade featured new strategic weapons for land, maritime and air defense, including hypersonic systems, latest generation drones and domestically manufactured combat aircraft,
09:04which guaranteed the protection of its territorial integrity and its right to peaceful development.
09:09Before the parade began, Chinese President Xi Jinping appeared alongside North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and Russian President Biden Putin.
09:20This marked the first time in years that the leaders of North Korea, China and Russia had stood together.
09:26Kim Jong-un's attendance is particularly notable as it is the first time in 66 years that a North Korean leader has attended a Chinese military parade.
09:34The last was his grandfather, Kim Il-sung, in 1959.
09:44And the governments of Russia and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea have signed a Security Cooperation Agreement.
09:50The Inter-Ministerial Cooperation Agreement aims to optimize the legal basis for cooperation between the two countries.
09:56In this regard, the Russian Interior Minister Vladimir Koloskoschev emphasized the importance of the alliance in the context of querying geopolitical challenges, such as combating terrorism and extremism.

12:04Magistrate Charles Breyer ruled in favor of the state authorities, concluding that the presidential order contravenes the Post Comitatus Act, a law that prohibits the use of the Army and the Air Force in police functions within the country, and that it represents improper use of military forces for the control of public order.

13:33In India, at least 29 people have died in 12 districts of the northwestern Indian state of Punjab in the last month, and thousands more have been forced from their homes by floods caused by torrential monsoon rains.
13:44Punjab Revenue Rehabilitation and Disaster Management Minister Hartip Singh Mundrian confirmed in an official statement on Monday that more than 256,000 people have been affected with damage in 1,044 villages spread over 12 districts, and that 29 deaths have been recorded.
