00:00I always wondered how I could eat good food and rest peacefully at night when there are people who are wanted by the regime or tortured, or spend years in prison for their country, for their people, and for me, for everyone.
00:22How could I go on trips and see all the wonderful things in the world, like the road to Chalus?
00:35They say that the road to Chalus is one of the most beautiful roads.
00:43I don't know if they're right, but the ones who say this have seen
00:49the beautiful mountain roads in Switzerland.
00:55Or the region of Kashmir.
00:57They say it's beautiful there.
01:00Yeah.
01:01I've heard it said that it's very beautiful there.
01:05It makes no difference.
01:07The road to Chalus is really something.
01:10You know what I'm talking about.
01:12After all those turns, you know the place where the road passes under all those mountains?
01:19It's awesome.
01:21When I get there, I put my head out of the window.
01:26And I feel just awesome.
01:29It's heavenly.
01:31And at that moment, when I think of people like you,
01:34I think to myself,
01:36do I really deserve all of this beauty to myself?
01:41This incredible beauty.
01:43They say that you are very brave
01:46if you don't stop other people's bravery.
01:50Doctor, if you'll allow me, I'll fix you a place you can rest.
01:53Thank you very much.
01:56Thanks for trying to make me feel better.
01:59Better.

03:22Please don't say that, please.

05:39Has he ever spent the night here, has he?
05:42Stay at our house, sir?
05:43No, he hasn't.
05:44No, that's it.
05:46He was too shy to spend the night here.

05:51Go and call him.
05:52Go, go, go.
05:54Okay.

06:20It's Mahin's father.
06:23Move, hide, Uncle Nasser.
06:25Don't let Mahin's father see you.
06:30This girl is definitely killing that poor man.
06:36He's gone.
06:45Uncle Nasser, go inside and go to bed.
06:47What about you?
06:48I'll come too, okay?

06:58He didn't come in?
07:00He's sitting out there waiting for the girl.
07:02What girl?
07:04The one who was here tonight.
07:05Ismael's sister, sir?
07:08Why is he waiting for her?
07:10He's in love with her, doctor.
07:11I keep telling him she's no good for him,
07:13but he won't listen to me.
07:15Why?
07:16Just because she's an actress?
07:17What are you talking about, doctor?
07:19What actress?
07:21Oh, all right.
07:22Go to sleep.
07:23Go to bed.

08:02The hell with you liking it.
08:03I'm warning you.
08:05Rana, don't take her to the set with you again.
08:07Excuse me, but she was the one who went there first
08:09and took me along with her, so I went.
08:11I'll go with her, though.
08:12Goodbye.
08:13Goodbye.
08:16I want this to be the last time you go there, okay?
08:18Okay.
08:19Now go.
08:31Okay.
08:46Where were you?
08:47I went out for some fresh air, sir.
08:50All this time in the cold.
08:53Is the odor in here bothering you?
08:55No.
08:57Hold a handkerchief in front of your nose like me.
08:59No, sir.
09:00It's really fine.
09:02Did she finally come?
09:04Who, sir?
09:05The girl.
09:07Yeah, just now.
09:09Is she an actress?
09:10Not an actress.
09:12Then what is she?
09:13An extra.
09:15You?
09:17You love her?
09:19Yes.
09:24Our world is a world of many choices.
09:27A world of small and big dreams.
09:32Dreams that usually don't come true.
09:35Dreams that turn our youth and, even worse, our entire life to darkness and to sadness.
09:44Will Rahim, a man with a world filled with beautiful dreams, build a world full of hope for the hopeless?
09:54Will the girl fulfill her dream of being an actress?
09:56Will Salman fulfill his dream of marrying the girl he loves?
10:05I don't know.
10:06I don't know.
10:07I don't know.
10:08I do know that when I was 27 years old, I wanted to build on my dreams by getting married.
10:15I cannot tolerate.
10:16I cannot tolerate a moment of being without you.
10:19I only want to open my eyes if I can see you.
10:28Wait to, Sarah.
10:30What's said to you?
10:32Go back to bed.
10:33Go back to bed.
10:34Go back.
10:35Mohammed, will you come by the class tomorrow?
10:44Why would I come over there?
10:46To come and see Zara.
10:48Who's Zara?
10:49That adorable girl.
10:52Well, why doesn't this adorable young lady come and see me?
10:54Come see you.
10:56Come by tomorrow, Mohammed.
10:58I'm so sure you're like her.
10:59Come on.
10:59This adorable young lady you talk about, is she a nice person too?
11:03What about her character?
11:03Oh, great.
11:04I guarantee it.
11:05Just come by.
11:06When are you going to class tomorrow?
11:08Tomorrow, nine in the morning.

11:12I'll wake you up.
11:12I'll wake you up.

11:30I'm going with Zara to her class.
11:32What for?
11:33To see her friend.
11:34Which friend is that?
11:35It's Zara Garim.
11:37Why would you go and see her?
11:39Your aunt is on her way here and she's going to bring Rayhani here.
11:42I'll be back.
11:44They'll be here any moment, Mohammed.
11:46We'll keep them here until I come back.
11:47If she's that tempted, she'll wait to see me.
11:49Who gave you permission to do this, huh?
12:03Look, this is our class.
12:04Stay here.
12:05Let me see if Zara's arrived.
12:06We'll be here.
12:18We'll be here.
12:19We'll be here.
12:24She's not here yet.
12:46All right, Sarah, I'm going home.
12:47No, wait a minute. She'll be here. She comes from that way.
12:54Sarah, where are you going?
12:57I'll be back.
13:07Water, cold water.
13:12Sarah, let's go.
13:14But she's late.
13:16Sarah, we are late. Let's go.
13:20Didn't you hear mother say we have guests?
13:23They won't come so early in the morning.
13:25I have to be home before they arrive.
13:27Wait, she'll be here. I promise.
13:30I don't want to wait more than this. I get bored.
13:32But I want you to see her.
13:34Why do you have to see her today?
13:36Go to your class. I'll pick you up at noon.
13:38Muhammad, just wait a second. She'll be here.
13:40I'm getting bored, Sarah.
13:42Well, let's look at these hats together.
13:44Why would I look at hats if I don't want to buy one?
13:46Come on, Muhammad. Wait. She'll be here.
13:48Thank God. None of them would suit me.
13:52Zara, go to your class and I'm going home.
13:55Go on, I said. I might come and pick you up at noon.
13:58Bye.
13:58Goodbye.
13:59Goodbye.
13:59Hello, Mother.
14:28Hello.
14:29What's up?
14:31You OK?
14:32Am I late?
14:33No. They'll be here any moment.
14:35Did you see the girl?
14:37Yeah, I did, but I'm not sure if it was her.
14:39If you see Ray Harney, you won't want to lay eyes on any other girl.
14:43Good morning, Muhammad.
14:43Did you take money?
14:44Yes.
14:45Get a big one, OK?
14:46OK.
14:47This Ray Harney girl, is she from a rich family for me to want to marry her?
14:50As a matter of fact, her father owns a store in the bazaar. He sells foreign tea.
14:56Good. Then we'll always have tea.
15:00Look, because it's not customary for a girl to come and see a boy, your aunt told her to come here so the doctor can see her.
15:08Is Ray Harney sick? What's the matter with her?
15:10She's not sick. She's pretending to be sick so that she can come here and see you.
15:16Oh, so that's it. Will Uncle be here too?
15:20Why would he come? It's not right. You can see that.
15:24Well, thank you.
15:26You can see.
15:26You can see.
15:31You can see.
