00:10healthier, stronger shoulders. Wall angel with lift off, stand against the wall, arms bend at
00:1790 degrees, slowly slide arms up like making a snow angel, at the top, lift hands slightly off
00:23the wall to challenge mobility and stability, banded shoulder dislocates, hold a resistance
00:28band wide with straight arms, move it overhead and behind your back in a controlled arc, keep tension
00:33in the band and avoid arching your lower back. Shoulder controlled articular rotations, stand tall,
