00:00I think that when you're, you know, kind of at my level of seniority, you have near complete control, not 100 percent, near complete control of your calendar.
00:10And I do not take meetings that I don't think drive the ball forward for the company and or that don't, you know, bring me energy.
00:19And I don't have time for it. Life's too short.
00:22I take, you know, 25 minutes. This is an exception, actually, but I typically only do 25 minute meetings in a 30 minute slot.
00:31And I only take 50 minute meetings in an hour slot.
00:35And in the time in between, I'll do maybe a quick lap around the house or a quick lap up and down, just get the blood flowing or whatever, get some fresh air.
00:43Typically after lunch, immediately after, I'll hit the treadmill for like just 10 minutes walking.
00:48So I don't hit like sort of that afternoon lull.
00:50So I do, you know, kind of all those sorts of things just to keep myself vibrant.
00:55I don't use social media. I think that actually helps a ton in terms of keeping me focused and avoiding brain rot.
