00:00Hello, my name is Jana. So we opened a new convenience store in Palmyra Road, Elsen.

00:07This is our first independent store, so we opened it last week.

00:11So it's been our nearly a six years dream to open our own store.

00:16And finally we opened it, here we are with our store.

00:19Ninety percent of the people are happy about it.

00:22They came in, they say they're surprised about with our prices.

00:25So they've seen our prices, they're really surprised.

00:28They couldn't find these prices anywhere, they're saying.

00:31There's ten percent of people, they're not happy we opened up.

00:35Just because they're thinking we've got enough store in here.

00:38But to those people, all I'm saying is just come in and have a look once and give us a feedback.

00:43Because some people are not even checking us inside.

00:46All they're thinking is alright, it's the next convenience store that opens.

00:50But we're not that.

00:51The people who've come in, whoever came into the store already and bought something from us,

00:56will know how affordable we are compared to other stores around.

01:03The place where we did is and essentially investments from,

01:06they acted.

01:08So far, all of this comrades in some cases,

01:10I think the clients can fold a little bit of only that.

01:13But I think that here are the way.

01:16It's a vast business and all they need.

01:18In any order of travel that goes into,
