00:24lift access, escalator access, obviously it needs a quite a good bit of brushing up to do but it'll

00:30be fine. Right guys this is the big reveal it is 20,000 square foot. Honestly it is huge, look at

00:37the size of it. There's just so much room for activities. It's massive. So what is the plan

00:49with this space? It's 20,000 square foot, it's bigger than we used to. We are going to try our

00:56damned hardest to put this deal together. It's massive, it's huge. The shovel may have to come
