00:00It's a little before 9 a.m. in Joplin, Missouri, and a Newton County deputy is on patrol.
00:05When up ahead, in the opposite lane, he notices traffic beginning to back up.
00:10As the vehicle gets closer, the driver appears to be slumped over the wheel.
00:14The deputy quickly makes a U-turn.
00:17With the driver unconscious and the car still creeping ahead,
00:21the deputy makes his move.

00:36He's saying brake in case the driver comes to and thinks he's being carjacked.
00:40Put it in park.
00:41He puts the car in park, and now to deal with the driver.
00:46It appears the man may be having a heart attack.
