00:05team that's absolutely loaded offensively. Jackson Arnold and potentially Ashton Daniels
00:11will play in this matchup. Hugh Freeze has to get this game Friday night on the road in Waco.
00:19Yeah, they've got a good quarterback at Baylor. Sawyer Robinson is a quarterback probably after
00:23Sanders, the statistically best quarterback in the Big 12 last year from a statistical standpoint
00:28though in the football. And Baylor had a great year and they are talking possibly competing for the
00:33Big 12 championships themselves. They are favored by a couple. I think, well, I think Auburn may be
00:38favored a little bit now. That thing's been flipping back and forth. That two and a half one way than
00:42two and a half the other. What you got is a pretty big toss up with a big game, but it's a huge one
00:47for Hugh Freeze. And I've known Hugh Freeze a long time. You know, he did a good job. He turned
00:51programs around wherever he's been. He's been successful. He's got a good body of work, but
00:56this Auburn thing, he kind of took over a mess. They had some bad recruiting years. They didn't
01:01have a good football team. And what he hoped would be a quick thing, he's had two losing seasons.
01:06And now he's on the hot seat. And I think he wins seven. He may go to a bowl, but I think it's eight
01:11to nine wins have got to keep the people happy because they don't give you long to turn that
01:16thing around. But I do think he's got him a pretty good football team. Jackson Arnold's the guy.
01:21He needs to be the guy. When the quarterback situation turned out so bad last year, it's
01:26kind of like Florida State. When that was so bad last year, then you go out and get Jackson
01:31Arnold. Your team needs to know and your family know, hey, I know what I'm doing. That guy
01:36is my guy. He's going to be good because I know what I'm doing. So, you know, it may not
01:40be him, but it needs to be because he's convinced everyone there that when quarterback situation
01:45did not turn out well last year, that he went out and found the guy. Now, I watched Jackson
01:50Arnold High School. He was a five-star quarterback. And I'm not so sure he was the big problem
01:54at Oklahoma completely. You know, they fired their offensive coordinator mid-season. Now,
01:59either your quarterback's the problem or your offensive coordinator's the problem. Maybe
02:04it's a little bit of the coordinator or the scheme and the injuries because I think a good
02:09reset for Jackson Arnold is going to give Auburn a chance to have an outstanding quarterback
02:13there and give them a chance to go out there and win this game. And I do have Auburn winning
02:17this football game. You and I disagree. Again, I'm going with a better quarterback.
02:22Here's the thing. And we talk about the identity problem for Hugh Freeze going and having success
02:28at Liberty with Malik Willis and Caden Salter. And then all of a sudden, then having Peyton
02:33Thorne that transferred in last year from Michigan State, they were negative nine in turnover margin.
02:39I didn't like that factor. And they weren't a very good road team last year. But you're going
02:43up against Baylor that had won six games down the stretch by an average margin of victory
02:48of 14.8 points per game. And Sawyer Robertson in that offense averaged 261 passing yards per
02:56game. They can also run it effectively. They now have Bryson Washington being the sole back
03:02in that backfield. I think they can put up points. I like Baylor to strike the upset coach.
03:07But I also think we blow through this 56 and a half, 57 total Friday night.
03:14Yeah, I think the over, I think you're right about the over. And we're only talking, I mean,
03:19three points one way or the other. We'll change who's going to win that game as far as the
03:24against the spread. But again, I think the quarterback Jackson with quarterback with Arnold Jackson,
03:32I think putting him in a reset, putting in a different environment, I think you've got
03:37one of the top quarterbacks. You know, he was the top quarterback in the Elite 11 coming
03:41out of high school. He was the top guy Gatorade player out of Texas. He is a big time athletic
03:46quarterback who got caught up in a bad situation at Oklahoma.
