00:10is here. She's holding an ear and this ear basically is your ear. There's different points
00:16on the ear that we've learned that can take care of certain parts of your body that maybe aren't
00:20working right. That is for if you've got neck tension or tightness leading to headaches and
00:28then next to that is the temples. So depending on where people have their headaches, we can actually
00:33send them home with an ear seed specifically for that type of headache. And sinuses going around the
00:38eye into the cheek. You bet. We've got some eye points, some face and jaw. Some people have some
00:44TMJ tightness leading to head pain. We could actually send you home with an ear seed for that
00:50specific area. It's interesting that just these little areas of the ear with an ear seed can help
00:55maintain your health and get rid of those headaches. You bet. And that's what we try to do
01:00is make sure that you've got something that you can do to promote your health because we can
01:05only do so much here. And then the acupuncture session along with the ear seeds. How long is
01:10that session usually take? You're typically in and out the door in about an hour. Everybody's a
01:15little bit different on the time they're able to be comfortable on the table or in the room. And we
01:20definitely want to make sure that we accommodate everyone. Are we wearing the ear seeds until we see
01:24you next time until our next appointment? Usually the ear seeds will come off before then. But if
01:29they are still on, absolutely, we'll do the other ear when you come in. Can help you with your
