00:00Hi guys and welcome to Drivespark and in today's video we are going to talk about
00:06top 3 125cc motorcycles for the new riders which are very very stylish in the Indian market.
00:13Now let's start off with the TVS Raider 125 that has quietly set fire to the one sleeping
00:18125cc motorcycle segment in India. The model's success has pushed two new variants such as
00:24the Hero Xtreme 125R and the Honda CB125 Hornet. Now these 125cc motorcycles not only offer
00:31frugal powertrain options but are wrapped in stylish body that can ever shame many motorcycles
00:38from the upper segment as well. Now that said together these three motorcycles provide ideal
00:43options for any young rider in the Indian market and here are some details regarding these three
00:49motorcycles. Now number one let's start off with the TVS Raider 125. Now the TVS Raider 125 is the
00:58most established product among the three models that I have spoken on top. It is also the least
01:03aggressive looking motorcycle and we expect this design train to have more refined aging. Now powering
01:09this motorcycle is a 124.8cc single cylinder engine that pumps out to 11.2 bhp of power at around 7500
01:17rpm and around 11.2 nm of peak torque at just 6000 rpm. With a curb weight of just 123 kgs the TVS
01:26Raider 125 is also very light making it a good choice for new riders. Now the TVS Raider 125 is also the
01:33most affordable in the group with a starting price of just Rs. 87,375 egg showroom.
01:40Number two we come to the Hero Extreme 125 R. If this motorcycle is not announced as the
01:50Extreme 125 R we would have assumed it to be the new Extreme 200 or 250. Nothing about the
01:56Extreme 125 R says it's a 125cc motorcycle and we expect this trait to be favourite amongst college
02:04students as well. Now the Extreme 125 R is powered by a 124.7cc single cylinder engine that pushes out
02:1111.4 bhp of power at 8250 rpm and 10.5 nm of peak torque at 6500 rpm. However the curb weight is around
02:21136 kgs. The Hero Extreme 125 R is a little heavier than the TVS Raider 125. The non-ABS version of the
02:29Extreme 125 R is the least expensive and is priced at Rs. 98,425 egg showroom.
02:35Number three we come to the Honda CB 125 Hornet. For those who couldn't afford the Yamaha MT-15,
02:46the Honda CB 125 would be a perfect pick for them. Also the existence of an upside down fork
02:52that's USD forks makes the Honda CB 125 Hornet look a much more premium motorcycle and looks
02:57really really aggressive from the front. The Honda CB 125 Hornet uses a 123.94 cc single cylinder engine
03:05that pumps out 11 bhp of power at 7500 rpm and 11.2 nm of peak torque at 6000 rpm. Like the TVS Raider 125,
03:14the CB 125 Hornet is very light, tipping the scale just at 124 kgs. Now the price is a little expensive
03:22and it starts at 1.12 lakh x showroom. The Honda CB 125 is the most expensive model out of the three.
03:28However this is worth noting that this motorcycle is just available in one variant. So yeah here were
